Shawdowfax delivery person's are doing fraud with customer And s
I had order from snap deal And due to some reason wanted to return and booked return but shawdowfax delivery person called me And told me that he will be coming on next day to pick up so give OTP so that they can tell snap deal that pickup was attempted he did This Many Times with me and I gave him OTP on the other hand I got a call from snap deal that pickup attempt was made by shawdowfax person where it's was not done I said no attempt was not done due to This I had to keep the item with me because it was late
Wrong products were returned
On Saturday june 26, 2021, one return product was done.
Its supposed to be one product, but the person said its for 3, so i returned all 3 products. But i couldnt receive the refund for the other 2 products as its been returned to wrong person. am unable to reach the customer care

My customer also didnt receive the product from meesho..but the delivery shows delivered on 15th june..and surprising part is that all other courier service have atleast one phone over the internet..but this one got none...

Delivery boy only mentioned 1: product
I ordered from meesho and some of reason I request for exchange 2products delivery boy picked two products but mentioned only one.and meesho app not showing second one picked. I have returned 2 products from Bewakoof to Shadowfax courier personnel on 11th june and ever since then following up with them for the second one as they only gave a receipt for 1 product and the merchant has no record of the same. Thia is a regular mess up at Shadowfax as confirmed by another delivery partner. Please take strict action and provide a resolution or else I qill go to the consumer court

Shadowfax hub is getting some amount for giving delivery jobs

Order not received but message received that order delivered
I didn't received my order but message received that my order got delivered.As I have not received the order and your deliver partner tracking app is showing that it is delivered. But at that point of time I'm not available in my house .I am a banker and I was at my bank in Nirman Vihar delhi. And every time any of the delivery boy comes to deliver the order atleast once call customer regarding his order ,but in my case this also didn't happened. And I ask everyone in my building about delivery of my order they told me that no one deliver anything in my name. so where is my order.
Paid through upi but show as cash on delivery

Product on hold, courier boy is not contactable
The AWB no. SF1222752981692WOA. The delivery was scheduled on 26 April but he didn't deliver. Later I received a message the the delivery is rescheduled on 27 April. Now I'm calling the shadowfax delivery number and it asks to enter mobile number followed by pin. But when I enter, it says invalid entry. And the current status shows its on hold. When will I receive the parcel.?

Very poor service
I initially a return of the product I purchased from meesho. One person from shadowfax Kollam called me and asked my location. After that everyday, I got a rescheduled message for 5 days. On the 6th day, he again called and asked the address, when I told him my location he said they don't pick up from that area and it has to be transferred to some other office of theirs or else I had to take it elsewhere!!! I said that is not possible and that person has put my pick up on hold. Now again 2 days have passed and nothing is happening. What kind of a service is this??

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE
My courier is booked on 2 November from Mumbai to meerut (UP) but still not received my parcel. It's a 7 days working week and no holiday between . Already received my other couriers from Mumbai booked from different courier services like dtdc etc.
Please make sure that customer service is everything and even you doesn't reply to any dispute raised . Everytime I raise dispute you said that we call you within 1 hour but no call by you .

My friend booked DDR3 Ram from Bombay on 8 October 2020. They intimated that it will be delivered Lothkunta, Secunderabad on 16th oct'20.
Other courier services charges are Rs.250-500
They said it is corona time.
Shadowfax charged Rs.57 only. Ok!
It reached from Mumbai to kompally Secunderabad on 13th Oct'20. It took five days .
From 13th to 18th Oct'20 which is 5 kilometres away to delivery point.
That too local delivery. It took morr six days. Till today not yet delivered.
What should we abuse them. Filthy language is not sufficient to curse.
