Worst service ever! First the parcel came late. Then when I wanted to return it the pick up guy did not come for 4 days, each day asking for an address. Then my pick up was automatically cancelled by Shadowfax stating I cancelled it. Again after rescheduling it, the pick up parter has the audacity to say the there is only one parcel pickup from your area, you come to the gate and leave it there and that he will collect it later. Now he is not picking up my calls. Like really? It is your job to collect the parcel from the address provided to you. If Shadowfax does not want their company to work properly SHUT IT DOWN! Or atleast keep trust worthy parters with you. Worst courier service ever experience.

My order has been updated till 22 May. When I called Meesho they told me it will come I 4-5 working days. It is almost 4 days passed but no update from Meesho neither from Shadowfax. I have paid for this order. No contact no.available to check the update about the order. Where to complaint now? On Shadowfax's tracking page one of the person wrote it is fake company. They are just keeping the parcel with them and updating the order as Delivered. In this case what will customer do? So frustrating it is.

My 2 orders were at 1 delivery boy which was for 420 but delivery boy took 550 from my family because charges were not written on parcel.When I asked delivery boy was saying ki it was showing 287 and 233. And I'm unable to find any no. Or anything to register complaint regarding that delivery boy. He is saying I'll tell why this glitch happened after my manager will come. He is giving excuses. I want my money refund.

My parcel has already been picked up but in tracking it's showing that order has been cancelled by the customer..while the parcel is already with the courier company..what kind of fraud it is !!

The delivery partner refused to handover the parcel to me eventhough he was on my door step.The reason behind this behaviorist yhat he was not happy the way I explained the location to him.Noq in the tracking update it's showing that delivery attempt failed as he couldn't contact me .nobody contacted me.The delivery partner was extremely rude towards me.Worst experience ever.

I am from Chennai, chrompet. Ordered product in jiomart. They despatch it through shadowfax courier. Ordered on 15th December still it is not delivered. When tracked, found that the product reached near to my place on 23rd December but this courier doesn't show any interest to delivery. If you people are not capable of keeping your promise in delivery, close the company. Don't play with the customers. Worst company, please don't take any orders, close your operation, shutdown your company.

In the statsus it showing like "the package has been received at shadowfax bangalore facility" from 9th of october to 11th october after that there is no updates at all..it has been 10 days i didnt receive a single package day before yesterday one package has to be delivered but I didn't get the product...what happen to my products.?

Can shadowfax give me detail of delivery boy who give me order?

Shadowfax rider picked up my product along with OTP and took it. After a while he marked the status as pickup unsuccessful due to quality check failed and said he is having my product in his office. I don’t have their contact number(Tiruvallur office). If quality check failed he should return my product back but still not got my product back.

My replacement package was took by shadowfox agent but it was not replaced.....

I do return in ajio. The shadow fax rider picked my product and one msg is come in my phone that the product has been picked up. But my refund is not come after 1 month. Where is my product. And ajio team said that you return some other product.

I ordered a product on Flipkart Recently, When it out for Delivery The Rider Not Agree to Provide DoorStep Delivery, He called me and told me to go About 5KM far way from my location and Accept This Delivery. I called Flipkart Customer Service and tell Them This Incident , No Doubt Flipkart Team is very Helpful , Flipkart Representative Told me That "We Raised A Complaint and You can Now Call to Him (Rider) and Inform him that we raised complaint against Him , if He Deliver This at door step then okay otherwise we will take further action". When did i call Him(Rider) He was Talking Very Rudely , also he was telling That "you Cannot do Anything , if You can Then do whatever You Want "
this Is not First time i ever experiencing This problem.

Before 15 days I ordered a Wire Protector from Flipkart It Was Prepaid order When its Come to Local Shadowfax office They Assign to a Rider (Delivery Boy) and marked it As Delivered in Flipkart (Nothing came to my hand ) no any call from Rider . Then I connect with Flipkart and tell Then This then they Arranged The refund from Seller .
Now Same Incidents I faced 3 Time .
Conclusion: I will suggest Every Ecommerce Platform Like (Flipkart, Amazon, etc ) Do not Deliver any product With these Logistics Agency Like (Shadow fax).
What I am Doing Now After Facing These Type of Problem.

Your delivery man Avijit Dey (Mobile : 096746 99852) called up today morning (17th January 2023,Tuesday) to hand over a parcel of mine.As I was out for work and would not be able to receive it before 19th January 2023(Thursday),I asked him to hand it over to me on 19th January.He was extremely rude and misbehaved with me as well as my husband and asked us to cancel the order to which we denied.Is this a way to deal with a customer??Why would you hire such people??I would like to know the status of my parcel's delivery.

I ordered 4 sarees together in one time on meesho. On 20th October I received just one package of one kid's dress and i even submitted for refund. Till now I've received refund money for only 2 sarees. Wat about the other 2 sarees refund money. Pls take action as soon as possible. Worst experience first time on meesho

After tracking it is showing delivered status . But I didn't my parcel yet.

My product was out for delivery on 20 oct but delivery executive didn't attempt the delivery and in the evening i got the mesaage that i cancelled the order. However i was waiting for the order whole day at home.

I have ordered from Meesho. The order was reached in Goa to Shadowfax technologies. The message came from Shadowfax technologies to click on d link. I click on d link n option came pay now so I paid d amount of Rs.182/- by Google pay on 6/9/2022. I thought after paying d same they wl deliver my order. On d next day I checked on d tracking ID of Shadowfax Technologies. They hve cancelled my order after paying the amount. There was no contact no. Of them with me. So i called Meesho they told me that refund wl be recived after 7 days. Today it is 10 days now. I have not received my refund amount. Kindly look into d matter.

Misbehaving of pickup executive and abusing:
I belong to j&k Sopore and i am a seller in mesho but recently i order a combo of hair dryer and straightener but after opening my parcel i get one product a dryer which was totally different (colour,size) and was seeing old so i call mesho office and they suggest me to return parcel i upload pics and videos of parcel in offical website. After 2 days my parcel pickup of my parcel updated and they call me for pickup of parcel the executive told me to come in different streets and i didn't mind and go there with my parcel when I reach there there was 2 persons and they said me to wait i was waiting there more than 30 minutes after that i said then to check my parcel i have to go it's urgent. Both suddenly start bulling me and abusing and told me that picture of parcel is different and this is different . Then i walk out from there and didn't not return my parcel on there offical tracking they write that she is unable to return. Take a strict action otherwise they will do such a big crime in future.
