It is 5 days passed still I am not getting my product. When I called the delivery guys, they are saying that they are on the way.. But end of the day they said my number is not reachable. But i called them 100 times and ask where are you. Now they block me. And i am not getting any status of the order now. I have never seen like this delivery guy in my life. Very worst service. And i try to reach them from the application but i am not getting any response from them.if they are not responsible then why they open such type of service. Better stop the things and do anything else whatever suitable for them. Still I don't know whether I will get my order or not... They don't try to understand how important the order for us.

I applied for return product the person came and took it but he didn't update it so I don't get refund

I placed one order and item has reached district hub on 26th April 2022. Delivery date was initially on 29th April when I placed the order. But it kept extending and till now the status is showing as In Transit. There is no contact number to get in touch with Shadowfax.

Very worst service ...we have sent one parcel from Tirupur to coimbatore on 17th april but till today( 30-04-2022) parcel not yet delivered... Other courier services takes only one day to deliver from tirupur to coimbatore ... You guys are playing with the parcel ah ?? Y its not yet delivered ..i cant reach any of ur customer services.. Pls tell to ur delivery partner to do correct job i was returned one kurthi delivery partner taken the kurthi and pickup slip also not given and not updated correctly it was shown in mobile return not successful so I was complained meesho custermer service but they told to contact delivery partner or Shadow fax customer service pls receive my complaint and call back me pls

For the last 20 days my order from meesho is lying with shadowfax. No delivery, no contact. Such a horrible service. I am tired of mailing. They just apologize nothing else.

I am working in Vedantu, My organization has sent an important to me which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the delivery person didn't deliver it to me, when i called him he behaved so badly and he denied to come on my address, he said he will deliver it either in late evening or next day i.e., today
In yesterday's evening around 10pm, i got a message regarding my parcel has been delivered to me, when i tracked my order it was showing it has already been delivered to me on around 8:47pm.
I tried contacting him for the confirmation but calls were getting disconnected, now i have been trying to contact him from last night but calls are not getting connected
Delivery person marked my order has been delivered without actual delivering that, and initially he talked ridiculously
This is the way how Shadowfax treats its customers seriously, it's quite ashamed that company like Shadowfax provides such worse services and behaves in this way
I cant tolerate this behaviour of your delivery person and i want my parcel right away as it is very much important for me and my work
Take immediate actions now as i have already gave a feedback this morning but i haven't got any response yet

Hi I'm reqularly ordering from meeshow & recently I got 2 parcels which I haven't ordered & collected money from my mother inlaw. When I spoke with delivery boy he simply said ur phone was off & which would never happen as I'm a bank employee....now I unable to understand how to return the product as delivery boy refuse to take the product.

I have requested to exchange 2 nos of parcel from meesho , courier boy received both the item from me, but he has mentioned as pickup is QC failed, plz return my courier asap so that i can request for its exchange
