Double payment not refunded

I purchased clothes at Reliance Trends, Yemmiganur, Kurnool Dt., A.P. on 23.09.2023 for Rs.3044/-. I used my HDFC debit card for payment for 3 EMI, but Reliance people said me that amount was not credited to them. I raised so many complaints against them, but they replied they did not receive any amount from my HDFC debit card. I enclosed the HDFC statement which I received from HDFC Bank Ltd. payment was made to reliance trends on 28.09.2023. Still they did not refunded.

I have purchased rs.4000 aperal from reliance trends junagadh,I had to change one top kurti of my wife,,the manager, explain at last of my complete purchase that you have to buy only item of the same price...otherwise your discount will not be redeemable,,,,its only for the lazy ness of bill editing matter i know

Billing counter staff loot money by showing fake offers

This complaint is about Reliance trends Islampur branch. Yesterday I bought some clothes. While billing the staff on billing counter told us we got 500 free if we take anything we have to pay 2500 and if we don’t take in that case too we have to pay same amount we took a kurta for 600 . I was suspicious but then thought trendz never did this as m regular customer of other branch. After billing i got to know i was getting discount as it is and had to pay only 2000 . As there was no offer as such 500 off.The staff only increases the billing by making us buy extra things. Totally disappointed. They are literally looting people and degrading the brand name. Dear trends
My family bought me a shirt from "RELIANCE TRENDS showroom in PUNALUR"
they changed the color once and then when they gave it to me the size was not correct. When i returned it and went to biy the correct size, i find out that it is possible change it once, the store manager replied in word that the phone should noy be repliced
" it also does not mention return polices"
Punalur is a land where there are many poor people, they go to wage labour after taking loans, tjey buy dress for their childrens, if this is the case the person who buy a dress with difficulty knows the condition of the person who cannot wear the purchased dress even once

about product

I bought a joggers Rs- 1499.00 from Bishnupur,Bankura,WestBengal Reliance Trend on 24thmarch. It bursts within 1and half month. Despite repeated requests, no action was taken and also refused to exchange.

We had a very bad experience from the near mannarkad trends store it was very bad
We wanted to change a dress and they said their system was down and not willing to change our product

Atlast he agreed but he said take dress for 999 we took dress for 998 and we don't want that 1 rupees but he just continued to tell that take dress take dress again and again

Mai date 11/9/2022.ko reliance trends se ek t shirt liya jiske lea mai billing section me gaya jaha par staff mere baad me ane walo ka Bill pahle bana raha or mujhe ignore kar raha th jisko le kar mai manger ko bhi complaint kiya usne bhi mujhe ignore kiya to plz aap apne staff ka response acha kijye or educated staff hire kijye....

Behaviour of staff

Went to Trends Trivandrum at Mall of Travancore .While I was shopping, the girl at the store came and ask if I had coupons to redeem and I said yes .. ofcourse I had coupons to redeem with me. She never helped me with the shopping and then at the payment counter, she was as again asking if I had coupons with me...and she had a mocking smile at me..and when I asked her why she was asking me that again...she was trying to argue with me...
Not sure if this is the way the staff is trained to behave with the customers...very disappointed

rude behavior of staff

I went to reliance trends Thodupuzha on 16.02.2021 at 7 pm with my wife and son and three family members. Then there are shop about maximum 10 customers only. But in the entrance they stopped us and said that only two people will be allowed. I and my family requested that the shop is empty so please allow us to let shopping. But the staff does not allowed to enter the shop. Then I asked to speak with shop manager. Then they said that he went to drink tea.I asked his number but they should not given his number. and I repeated for phone number then a lady given land phone number of the shop for laughing at me. Sir, we are highly insulted the staff behaved very rudely to us. Then the some other members of family customers also standing there very insulted and murmering angrily. Any how after long time the manager allowed us. We shopped and given my ATM card that was partially damaged and told o the cashier please care. But he returned it as broken. When we returned at the door the same staff compelled to give the bill after he thrown down it. It is a criminal group in your shop at Thodupuzha . When no one in the shop they don't allow the customers to the shop. The staff stands not for the goodness of your business. Very bad experience for me and my family.

I being ur customee at

I being ur customee at reliance trends shop aluva had a terribly bad experience. The employees actually placed an offere display which was out dated. I spend almost 2hrs to select my track pants and finally got the correct size. But i only knew that the offer was outdated at the billing section. This is humiliating to a customer. Please see thatthis doesnot happen to any other. Please see that ur employees updates the offer at right timings. Please do the needful and enlighten ur employees on this issue.

Cheating people with Wrong info & handling of discount coupons.

Did shopping in Gopalan Mall trends unit, Mysore road, Bangalore. received coupons worth 3000 INR for discount on direct purchase and 300 INR worth coupon for online purchase. During purchasing against the above coupon at Gandhibazar trends on 19th Jan 2020 had very bad experience similar to above one.
After spending 1 to 2 hrs of selection, at the counter during billing four coupons of 500 INR each was provided against a purchase of 5000 INR. Only 1000 INR coupons were accepted and 1000 INR were rejected saying only applicable for material with discount offer. No such communication was provided by the Gopalan Mall trend person & no such information were printed on the coupons.
This is nothing but cheating people with wrong discount information and cheap business tactic's. I really don't know whether this problem with Reliance trend or the shop people. I suggest people be cautious or think before shopping at Reliance trends.

Fake delivery attempt

I have already made a complaint regarding my missing product .after a long delay your team took my return product .and refunded the money as credit points .now using the money I had ordered kurti palazzo set worth 1299 credit points and rest my money .your delivery agent without calling me nor made an attempt to deliver .had stated customer dint have cash .order cancelled my customer .several times have complained to your customer service regarding ypur poor delivery service to me
.so far no improvement .I want my credit points or my kurti back .

Regarding refund amount.

I have returned my product till now I didn't get any information about my refund amount. Can you please refund it to my account.

Product missing

I ordered a kurti and palazzo set .in offer got for 1299 .when I received the order only pant was there top missing .I can't pay 1299 for the cost of kurti without getting it .return the money or replace the kurti

Item cancelled at your end refund not made

This is reference to my order TR 0359393,total five merchandises order place. One merchandise worth of Rs 999/- was cancelled because of your own reason. Your integrity is still in doubt. No communication is made form your side...just you guys [complete management's team] befooling the customers.

I had delivered 9 items which was shipped in two different shipment. one was supposed to contain 8 items but had 7 items only and out of that 7 also one item was different than the one I had ordered.

Lost the credit note.

I was issued a credit note on 17 May 2018 unfortunately I lost the same. The staff of reliance trends here in Kanpur , UP is refusing to generate another copy of the same credit note . Please help me as soon as possible as the deadline of the same is coming closer

Returned clothes but not yet refunded

All products in the order were foot-ware, I used 2 of these foot ware items SINGLE time for 4-5 hours only and the material of these started peeling off. I mean is this how you guys are planning to maintain your customer satisfaction and grow your business....?????????????? Since last 7-8 days i have being trying to call you guys on customer care desperately and its as if it will be easier to connent and talk to PM of India than taking to reliance trends customer care executives..!!!!!!! Now i'm not gonna keep calm ..Its been enough... if u check my order history i have been a regular customer of yours and since last few times the problems are occuring like totally wrong product getting delivered to me...and product quality related issue. This is so disappointing that i am just gonna post this email as it is to my Facebook , Insta , Twitter and Consumer forum as well.. By the time you guys will be reading this it will be done. Still call me if you are really willing to provide any help (as you promise in your polite voice but never deliver the same )....
