I have replaced Reliance Dis TV with Tata Sky . Have a 1-year recharge packaged. It has been 1 month now that I am being asked to recharge again. Misinformation and hiding the facts

We had booked refrigerator from reliance digital kota of samsung on 27 Oct 2019 through hdfc bank credit card emi. They had promised me to deliver it on 7th Nov 2019. But even after the due date they didn't informed me about the delay delivery of refrigerator. Now when i asked for delivery they said to cancel the order or to take delivery after December, but they charged the money in October itself and hide the fact that delivery is not possible in near days. Kindly do needful.

I am repeating it since one month and I am getting the same reply.they cannot even tell about the monthly package or recharge expiry date. Hi, i called & mailed it yesterday after 8 months of my booking for Reliance Digital Tv the Dealer has sent for connection installation and he asking her to pay 1950/- after i questioned him about the payment he asked to call at the costumer care. & after i made call to Costumer service to know about the balance payment, which was said while booking the sachem was fr 2000/- a year & i had paid 499/- as booking fees. balance was 1501/- but later i learn that i have to pay 1750/- 1500/- balance amount & 250/- as installation charges. but the dealer quote any amount of their wish & with no bill or any Received note. kindly update all your costumers what is the balance amount to pay so no one get cheated.

I called customer care, I got different answers. Channels not available. Channels will be available in 1 hour/ 24 hours? / wait for two days etc.

From Reg no-MH520000-112517 and reliance digital TV still not installed. I complained many time on costumer care number but every time they said sir please wait for a month/week .
Reliance doing cheating with us know I think to register a case against reliance digital TV in consumer court and a legal notice to reliance if they not installed the product within 30.09.18

The DTH service launched by Anil Ambani is nothing but a big fraud. I booked the service in 7th June 2018 and paid Rs.500/- on assurance that the connection shall be provided within 30-45 days. Today it is more than 100 days there is no sight of the connection. The Customer Care makes one and other excuses. I am told that the Setup Box is with local technician and they will install the connection shortly but no one has yet come despite 15 days has elapsed. The customer care is not able to provide the name, address and contact number of the local technician and neither willing to connect to the senior staff on the plea they have no such information. It is, concluded that there is no local technicians and no setup box is ever delivered or purchased. Anil Ambani is playing fraud with the customers and collected million with dishonest inducement of 5 yrs free DTH service. There is no big surprise if he plays similar fraud with Govt. over Rafale deal. Govt. has been kind to give him a chance to come out of insolvency but if large number of people are cheated in this manner Govt. of India must rethink of awarding Rafale to Anil Ambani company.

Refund my Booking amount

I had booked online on 14.04.18 by making online payment of Rs. 4 99 / -. After that I received the message that I will get your connection 30 to 40 days but I have not even connected my connection till date. I called many times in your toll free number and I was always given the date of that month but nothing happened. On 12.09.18, I received a call from XXXXXXXX on my phone and had to make a connection to your Reliance and it would take Rs 1750 / - after that I have not received any calls yet and I have called that number many times But no one has raised this. Is this your service? Is this the digital India?

Finally, I would like to refund my booking amount with interest. Hopefully you will get this job done quickly.

Worst Service and Rude Response

Reliance Big TV service is very very poor and irregular. Their response on phone is also very rude and indifferent. I have changed my service provider after their harassment. Now I am in the process of recovering my balance amount with interest and compensation. I will ensure that they never enter my house again or in my neighbourhood. Worst performers.

I have booked for DTH connection on March 1st and till today I have not got the connection in my house. I got a message in May stating, my DTH connection will be provided by June. It is already more than a month and no body responded to me till now. I have not received proper response when I called customer support multiple times. As I can't wait anymore, I have got another connection from other DTH provider now. Please refund the pre-booking charges I have made at the earliest.

I really experiencing a bad support from Big TV team starting from booking to till get my refund as you couldn't provide the connection. Hope I will get my amount refunded within few days. If I don't get my money back, I will start escalating it to the next level.

This is to inform you all that the Reliance Telecommunications & Reliance Big TV DTH both are making people bluff. I am a Reliance DTH user from the date of 13th March at 11:55pm (which is midnight) all my payed channels which are not working due to channel upgradation from 13/03/2018 to 24/04/2018 which is been told by Costmer Care Executive. And on 02/04/2018 all the free to air channels are also not seen by me while calling & asking about this matter the won't know about this matter. After few days on 24/04/2018 while asking about the matter they told us that all the channels are restored, while asking for technical support complaint which; I had launched the costumer care executive reply is that he will be coming by 24hrs to 48 hrs till now nobody has been called from technical support. These kind of problems which are faced by the Costmer who has payed to useless Reliance Telecommunications. "They mean to say that if once anyone has payed the full amount to them now your duty starts means (for new costumer) and duty ends of the Reliance Telecommunications because they had got the money.........

Reliance Digital TV a Big Scam

Dear Reliance Digital TV Customers,

Reliance Digital TV in the end of February 2018, announced a Digital TV Service for free one year which was for 500/- only. Later it changed the conditions and told that installation cost (Rs 1500/) would also be there. I like other many more customers booked the connection on 2nd of March 2018 and made online payment of Rs 499/-. But I did not receive any confirmation SMS or Email for the same. I had the screenshot of payment so with the help of details I had I contacted customer care at numerous occasions but they were not able to give any details except "You will get SMS and installation call within next 15" days. Now all the customer care numbers are not working and no call is being attended. The Email Id which customer care had provided to raise the issue is also bouncing back my emails.

So It seems, like Neerav Modi and Vijay Malya, Anil Ambani is also going to fly after making money. Please all raise the voices against this SCAM on priority basis so that crores of rupee of innocent people can be saved.
