getting "New Installation" Massage, considering different conn

I am Using your connection for nearly 6 years now. I am getting "New Installation" Massage on the TV and asking to select language. When did, it shows signal strength as poor. and nothing happens after that.
Moreover i am trying to call customer care from yesterday, yesterday it said due to emergency we cannot talk. Today it says you have exceeded the limit to talk to customer care, i haven't spoke a second?
I am seriously considering throwing the STB and dish and getting a different connection, and if my TV does not starts today, i am certainly doing this tomorrow.

wrong deduction & poor services from big TV

I am saurabh Verma & I am using your big TV Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number 200530225769 from very long time but from Dec'13 when I changed my last address in dec'13 4 time Had faced different issue & for which your team had charged me for there mistake. I request you to please g though the Below briefing & try to understand the issue so that I can get the Justified Answer from big tv.

in Dec 1 week I faced error 400 on my Dig tv for rectify your team charged Rs 150/-
then in same month last they claim that there was some pairing issue whereas from Day 1 i had never changed any part or sent my big Tv to any services center but still I paid Rs 400 for rectify it & claimed for refund which is still pending
& again in month of Jan'14 the same issue of error 400 flashed on my big tv for which I registered a complain after that height happened when in month of March same error flashed on my big tv & without my knowledge your team had deducted 175 from my account & suspended by TV connection & when I called at your call center they are not ready to refund my Deducted money.

Big TV-200903763549 -Disconnection of Service-Illegal and un

My Smart Card No is 200903763549 and I paid to Reliance BIG TV against bill no AMIP36020154 dated 15-05-2013 for 3 months subscription. I have been a subscriber since October 2012.Though my subscription ends on 15/08/2013, they stopped the services from 27/07/2013.When I tried to reach customer care they kept me on hold for 35-40 minutes and gave irresponsible replies. As they failed to honor promised service as per information on the website, it is misleading the customer and deficit of service. The invalid reason they gave is “A call has been made to customer care centre and for which they charged Rs 175/-. I am never informed by email or by post in writing. I would like to get my 19 days of service as per agreement failing which I would move proper regulatory authority and legal forums for not rendering agreed services to me.

The problem is still there, last two days onwards not getting channels showing "ERROR400", I called custmer care 3times but no use,
they not taking my complain, they saying server busy call after some time, how many times server busy, How many time i have to call.

This is worst, So i decided to mail you people, if still not respond, I remove bigtv service.

I am using reliance digital tv frm past 2 years,but yesterday when i have gone to recharge,but still i have not recived conformation msg, and frm past 10 days i am trying to call customer care they are not able to recive call,only saying that ur call is important to us kindly be on line while our representatives will shortly recive ur call,but holding the line for about 15 to 20 mins no response,i have tried 15 times to call customer care but no response,in my life i have not seen such kind of service,so i request to all customer that in future kindly dont go for reliance digital tv,i cant belive that such big company gives problem to customer,in future nobody keeps faith in them.

my Reliance BIG TV customer id 200631443145 . i am four years user of BIG TV. My complaint is regarding BIG TV set top box. is restarting very frequently. I have called reliance customer care regarding this issue many more many [ more than 100 times ], So for not received any proper response.taken positive action .

please check my complaint nos 188399401, 188776567 and 188907044.

i have given the first complain 188399401 regarding the set top box frequent tripping void screen appearing etc ,for this with out rectifying the fault my amount was deducted and my account was suspended for this i got the message saying that trust the problem solved like that .

after seeing the message i called up the customer care [ complain no 188776567] told them my problem remain same not rectified , for this super visor has told the wrongly deducted amount will be refunded and also he send the higher officials to replace the new set top box one free of cost nothing happen for this waited three days

again i have given the complain 188907044 saying that my original problems remain same. But m/s reliance has taken today super action of suspending my account with out solving the problem .

i fully unhappy with this unethical things i have never seen this kind worst customer support and the worst company policy , purely playing with public.

mainly this set top box problem started because of Reliance up gradations HD soft ware upgradation . For this old set top boxes are not supporting , the big TV is totally responsible for this to support the existing customer .

m/s reliance has to support the existing customer honestly , reliance has to replace the set top box of existing customer at free of cost ,

so far i have interacted with the following customer people

It's not BIG TV, It'a BIG Cheaters

It is clearing mentioned that 3 months free with value sports + 2 regional channel free.

It was install on 05.03.2012. & got disconnected for 2 months 06.05.2012.

Please check with your dealers & area sales manager.

Which I have already spoken with dealers his contact number 9620639278, 9341212629 & even with area sales manager Mr Rihaz contact no 9341383946.

After spoken with them, We didn't get any response.

Then Complaint was raised on 07.05.2012 with your person Mahesh.

Mr Mahesh informed within 48 hours the problem will be get solved. But this also didnot work.

Again We spoken with Mr Yeshwant on 10.05.2012. He informed within evening it will be resolved. But it did't happened.

Again on 11.05.2012 we spoken with Mr Kalyani, She informed same what answer was rec'd from Mr Yeshwant. But it did't happened.

Again on 12.05.2012 we spoken with Mr Manjunath then also no usefull.

Request you to solve this issue at the earliest.

One more information we got that we paid Rs 1700.00 But it was updated only Rs 1250.00 in your system.

Please investigate & solve the issue. I hope it will be done within 24 hours.

Otherwise we will like to take more action on all of them, who are involved in this issue.

Enclosed pls find the Scan images of bill received at the time of installation.

Hi I am Gayatri Reddy from Pune. I bought a Sony Bravia LED and an Electrolux fully automatic washing machine from Reliance Digital on 6 March on full payment and today is 15 th April more than a month and a week ------I still have not got an engineer to come and install my washing machine as it did not have a rat mesh in the pack.
Even for the TV I had to literally beg them to come and install it.
On the same day i also bought a fridge from Croma and wow! What prompt service and great supply! Amazing difference.
Reliance Digital Sucks big time!
They only want to sell the product ----------nothing about the installation or forget about after sales service.
I even complained to the store manager but to no avail.............they just even do not check their registers to see when a product was bought......has it been installed.....is teh customer satisfied.......nothing
I hope no one else falls into their trap.................AVOID RELIANCE DIGITAL at all costs!

Smart Card pairing issue with set box

Hi,

My name Ravinder from Hyderabad, and i have taken the connection on 14th Feb'12. However, we are getting an error every half an hour saying "smart card inserted is not paired with your set of box" My SCN No.20 0954 6362 80. I called up Toll Free number and followed the instructions but the issue still not resolved.

Per the instructions we have removed card and inserted again but issue still remain same.
I dont have any option in Toll Free to talk to any representative. Can some one look into this and confirm back to me once issue is resolved.

Horrible response from reliance digital T.V

I paid Rs.1490 towards reliance digital tv connection on 14-01-11.They told installation will takes place with in a week. But they didnot install within a week. I called several time through phone to the representative (Sekhar panday), manager (Shanmuga sundaram) and office. Eventhough they didnot installed till date (30-01-11).
The cheque was given to Sekhar Panday (7569087237).This man now not lifting his phone and most of the time the phone is switched off condition. The check book number is 310591. The money (Rs 1490) also detected from my account (Axis bank).My order copy number is 119546.

So I request you to take proper action and connect my Digtal T.V as soon as possible.

Regarding Reliance Digital TV Connection

I paid 3000 towards reliance digital tv connection. Initially they promissed installation in 7 working days but the promiss was not kept. After multiple follow-up dish was installed after two weeks. The person (Hussain) who installed the dish has collected Rs.500/- towards activation charges and installation charges and promissed us that it will be activated in 1 hr. But it was not done and even after 3 days, we are still waiting. The contact numbers given by the installation person were incorrect.
It is very difficult to reach reliance customer care. It is very frustrating.
I advise any body to think twice before opting Reliance Digital.

Reliance Digital sucks big time!

Honestly, I wouldn't give a fig for the initial Rs. 2590 I paid ., it's only the precious time and effort and never ending frustration the choice had costed me. The salesman came right to our house and spoke sugar coated words to get the cheque, and for the next 20 days it gave me a feeling I had given money to some company that never existed! The phone at the customer care didn't work most of the time, or no one answered the call. At last some idiot made calls from time to time and said they'll come for the installation, but didn't until it was almost a month after I first gave the cheque.

Finally, I was relieved that they did install it. But then, some disaster struck.. I faced an issue during the installation which takes max one day. I called the person who came for installation, he didn't seemed to give a damn about it., speak to the customer care sir.. Upon calling that #, the shitty IVR asks for the smart card number which I'm yet to get. FTW!!!!

Not Giving Proper Response And Showing A Lot Of Carelessness for

I, Mohd. Ghouse Pasha using Reliance Big TV since two years and later purchased LED TV 40’’ Therefore I called Reliance Big TV Customer Care and asked them to change my Normal SET TOP BOX (20 0751 6219 22 ) to HD SET TOP BOX to get the accurate clarity. They told HD SET TOP BOX cost is Rs.990/- and we will give HD Cable free with it. Then a person named Sreenu came from Nalgonda Reliance Office and fixed the HD SET TOP BOX and told HD Cable is not free we are charging Rs. 350/- for that. Then I called Customer Care again and told this matter, they told we will send you HD CABLE free no problem. But till now I did not received HD Cable even after making several calls to Reliance Customer Care then what is the use of HD SET TOP BOX without HD Cable and what is the reason for this much of delay.

Kindly take necessary action and arrange the HD CABLE as early as possible.

Reliance Bigtv does not care for customers

I have been after Reliance for Installation of DiSH and the connection for more than a week now. They keep on promising that the person is on its way and nobody has turned up since to date.

If this is goiing to be the customer service. Is it worth subscribing to such a company.

HOW MANY DAYS FOR A YEAR IN RELIANCE ADAG ?

I had recharged BIG TV on 01.11.2010 BUT I was informed that it would expire on 25.10.2011. WHY CAN NOT THE COMPANY SAY THE RATES FOR 1 YEAR AS THE WORLD KNOWS FOR 360 DAYS ? THIS IS A CHEAP WAY OF MAKING HUGE PROFIT AND IT REFLECTS ON THE IMAGE OF THE CMD HIMSELF.

Moreover, if one recharges some days earlier, the new recharge starts from the day of recharge and all the balance in his/her account is frozen and swallowed by the Company. This is another cheap way of making money by the Company and its BOSS.

I paid Rs 2500/- against Rs 2482/- asked by customer care person who suggested me for Gold pack which I took for one year stating from 17.11.2010....which was to expire on 16.11.2011..5 days back the service has been terminated with no valid reason...........how such a big company is taking customers for a ride.

i suggest all the non south states not to buy reliance digital TV .it gives offer only to south Indian customers. Top up channels that are available on airtel digital TV for Rs 5 is available in reliance digital TV at rs 10. You will get the monthly subscription pack with 3 sports channel at rs 221. Ten sports is available on digital TV at Rs 160 while in reliance digital TV at rs 395. South Indian customers are getting Ten sports at Rs 176

Reliance is awsome in every field.

According to me , Reliance Digital tv is amazin, WAT a clarity , Its a MPEG 4 technology...

I have purchase one Beetel mobile phone from Home shop 18 and I got an offer card for the connection of reliance digital T.V which was registered on 18th August 2011.The work order on given by them 0000000005509221.After two days when the connection not done I contact with customer care & they told that my work order has been canceled due non contact by engineer. Whereas no engineer has been contacted with me as given my address and mob. no.

CHEATING BY RELIANCE BIG TV

Reliance Big TV agent visited us and offered `affordable` pack (Rs 127/- per month), collected the money and left. Once free viewing period over, when went for recharge, I was told that Rs 127 package is only for South! I recharged as they asked, but I also wanted two regional channels, i.e, Tamil and Malayalam. I was told by their rep that each language is available for Rs 5/- each. Accordingly, for two languages for one year, I have paid Rs 100/- through the person who came for installation, during the free viewing period itself. I got only Tamil, and not Malayalam channels. When contacted Reliance, I was told that only one channel for Rs 5/- per month, and for second channel, I have to pay Rs 35/- per month. After 3 months, both the south Indian channels were missing! When contacted, Reliance people told me that since I have not told them that the recharge was for a whole year ON THE DAY OF RECHARGE, I can get it only @ Rs 35/- per month and accordingly, my recharge for Rs 100/- lasted for only three months!

From the very beginning, they have been cheating me. Now they have stopped Asianet and Asianet Plus, which was available free at the time of their offering. Only Surya and Kiran was missing at that time. Their site says, Asianet basket will be available for Rs 33/- or so. How long they will continue to cheat the customers? My advise to every one is, NEVER OPT FOR RELIANCE BIG TV. Please dont fall into their trap.

No reliance digital TV signal

I will no more advice anyone to go for Reliance digital TV connection. My connection at Jammu no. 200708204553 is not receiving signal for past 15 days. On contacting customer care they say you pay 175 for engineer visit. What for is the customer paying 200 pm & not able to receive signal. Reliance wants us to pay for the companies signal fault. They at customer care say till you agree to pay 175 for engineer visit your complaint will not be registered. What a way to fool customers. I am disconnecting my Reliance digital TV connection and no more Reliance products in future.
