Inconvenience service at Hirasar Airport Rajkot

I was travelling from Rajkot to Mumbai through Air India . On 23rd Dec. I was suffering fracture in my right leg, so I was requested for wheelchairs, even for my disable daughter also. At the main entrance we asked for it, nobody give proper answer. We tried to inside and waited. Everyone ignored us. Even for scanning luggage nobody help us. One person came and said they have only 3 wheelchairs in the airport. It was too hard to walk for me and take care for my daughter. My husband goes to the air India counter for boarding pass, one lady may be supervisor she was really rude and unprofessional said they closed for boarding. I didn’t understand, we were there at 7.45am. Plan departure time was 8.45. How she was behaving like that? Behind us so many passengers were there. We were upset, nobody take care about my situation. There was big line for waiting the bus, in that situation I was walking in my pain . Up to the plan? Is this the service provide at airport with physical condition and mental disability? Staff has no knowledge, uneducated and even no manners. I want justification about my inconvenience condition. Not a single airport authority person to come for apology.who are responsible? Reply soon or I will get further steps. Air India is these your staff? I want refund for suffering my painful situation in travelling and insulting from your staff.
