• Fill Personal and Grievance Details
  • Select Organization/District, Grievance Subject and Complainant Category.
  • Enter Name and Gender.
  • Add detailed Grievance Description.
    
  • Provide Address, Contact No., and Email.
  • Upload supporting documents (if any).
• Enter captcha and click submit.
  
• You can also download the receipt of your complaint .
  • Enter your Reference Number, fill the required details and click on search button.
    
    
• You can also Lodge Reminder/Clarification for your Complaint .
  • Enter Your Registration Number and describe reminder or clarification .
  • Click on Submit Button.
    
• You can check your complaint status for the complaints by Grievance Status .
  • Enter your Reference Number, fill the required details and click on search button.
    
• You can check your complaint status for the complaints filed before May 3, 2026 through Grievance Status .
• You can search your complaint by Grievance Search .
  • Enter Your Registration Number and Click on Submit Button .
