Cashless Claims

  • To avail the cashless treatment, the member must first check the list of network hospitals, which are either in Paramount TPA's or in insurer's network.
  • Produce your Paramount TPA ID card at the Network hospital's Credit billing section, along with a photo ID proof like Aadhar card, voter ID card, PAN card etc.
  • The hospital initiates the cashless request with Paramount TPA, which then issues an authorization letter to the hospital as per the terms and conditions of your policy.
  • Cashless authorization is issued by Paramount TPA upon verification of records and compliance with terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Members are required to sign on the final bill before leaving the hospital, so that they are aware of the amount utilized by them against their hospitalization.

Reimbursement Claims

  • Intimation is mandatory within 24 hours of hospitalization in case of treatment being taken in a non-network hospital. For intimation kindly email at claim [dot] intimation [at] paramounttpa [dot] com or call the customer support number.
  • The member is required to submit the following documents in ORIGINAL, depending upon the terms and conditions of their policy, at any of the Paramount TPA offices:
    • Filled in Claim Form
    • Photocopy of Paramount TPA ID card, Employee ID, Aadhaar card, PAN card & CKYC documents, if required
    • Related Prescriptions
    • Final bill with itemized breakup
    • Original cash paid receipt
    • Discharge Summary
    • Investigation Reports
  • Claim is processed based on its merits and SMS and email alerts are sent to members to keep them updated on their claims status .
