I booked 3 tickets from hai shri balaji travellers near Anand vihar ISBT they said to pay 1700 for sleeper bus and then further after negotiation agreed on 1400 per person. They specifically told that they are offering Volvo bus. They said it was an AC bus in which I'll get 3 spacious bend over seat when I asked them to show bus they said it is in parking and asked me to buy tickets to reach bus when I paid them 4200 rupees for 3 seats then they asked me to pay another 150 rupees to auto driver to take us to parking space which was 6 km away from their place. When I reached the bus stand I found that it was a very congested bus not Volvo or any of that kind. The chairs are not bendable it dirty and people are standing in this bus causing it difficult to breathe. And after waiting for 30min now the bus is damage it's gear box is blasted and I'm sitting in this confined bus for past 1hour 30 mins now and I'm trying to contact the person Arvind who booked my tickets but he is not picking up my call. He dishonestly took 4200 from me for comfortable, AC and spacious bus and then made us sit in such bus and now he is not picking up my call.
