Intex LED tv quality issue

Dear Sir, My name is Gilbat, I purchased an intex LED TV in 2018 at Sathya show room,Kelambakam.Purchased model LED-4310 FHD. Now TV is not displaying anything, only sound has come. Not sure what happened but we used TV gently.I need to check with you how many years/months warranty period intex company provides for LED tv. I am just thinking I could have purchased another company product instead of intex.  If warranty period has been enabled, then I continue to purchase intex products or else I ignore purchasing intex products as there is no guarantee of intex product quality or no life of intex electronic items.
