Worst service

I bought 17 tv for my hotel from intex with 3 years warranty. Out if which 3 tv stop working in a year. There is no response from the company even after so many phone calls and messages . I would surely them to the court. I would never suggest anyone to buy intex products.

Intex TV not working

I purchased Intex TV on 2016. Still yesterday 1st September 2018 it's working perfectly without any issue. Suddenly it's not working. TV light on. But the TV screen is blank.I raised a onsite service from intex. Service person came and checked the TV and saying need to replace the TV board and the cost they said Rs.3800.

Please confirm if good condition TV get blank mean we need to change TV board ?

This is the quality of the product.

The issue was in my tv display for which one executive and he has taken this at repairs center. We are not aware where the center is and hebisnnot picking the call now. I have tried to chase but none of them is responding. I would request you to please take this matter on your high priortiy basis before i proceed to legal action.

Very very worst support from index. One engineer came and took some pics of my TV and went. After some days I called customer care. They updated the ticket has been closed.
