I HAVE INTEX WASHING MACHINE THE DRYER WAS NOT WORK and your service executive boy is very bad and miss behaviour on customer and not training incomplete work. very bad next time I am not perched any this product

Hi All,

I brought intex washing machine during january 2019( semi auto ). It stopped working july last week.
Aug 1st week i have raise complaint and till today no solution.

Complaints closed twice with out any action.

Finally daily fallowing up with customercare executives from 26/aug/2019 onwards they are saying we are not sure when fixed. Well deserved answer to me after waiting for long time.

Iam trying to call customer care phone nos but all phone no given in this website are false. Company give full assurance at the time of selling washing machine, but at the time of repair during warranty time, no response.

He checked the problem and told us the
Problem now he not picking up the phone
And he put the our service on cancellation
Intex is waste company,waste manufacturing not supporting for servicing
