By Calling

  • By Calling: Prefix local STD code Dial 39 02 02 02 (24*7) or 18601801290

By SMS

  • SMS send BLOCK XXXX (Last 4 digit of your card number) to 5676791 from your registered mobile number.

Report Lost/Stolen Credit Card

To report lost/stolen credit card you can follow the steps given below:

Through website

  • First Log in to your account on sbicard.com .
  • Then Click on 'Report Lost/Stolen Card' under the 'Requests' tab on the left
  • After that select the card number to report the lost card
  • Then, If you want to get the credit card re-issued, then click on "Reissue Card"
  • Lastly, Click 'Submit' .

Through App

  • First Login to your account on SBI Card mobile app .
  • Then, Tap on "Menu" at the top left hand and click on "Service Request "
  • After that, Tap on "Report Lost/Stolen" card.
  • Then, select the card number which is lost or stolen. If you want to reissue it, tap on "Reissue Card"
  • Lastly, Click 'Submit' .
