Cancellation/Refund

• For any query related to cancellation/refund, you can mail at hrtchq [at] gmail [dot] com or you can also fill this Cancellation Form .
• For advance booked tickets, if the cancellation is made 12 hours before the departure, then some amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If the cancellation is made 2 hours before the departure, then no refund is allowed.
• For E-Tickets cancellation made 12 hours before the departure, then some amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refund will be allowed is cancellation is made 4 hours before the departure only in case of online ticket.
• The refund will be processed with in 7-10 days of receiving email.
