Regarding food charges

Sir today I was traveling from hamirpur to Shimla. The bus stoped at Ambika dhaba near Chamakari Pull Solan. The owner of that dhaba charged 40 rs. for single prantha.why HRTC empanelled this dhaba in the list where the rates are so high... Moreover the daily news paper shows that in empannled dhabas rate will be low...

After that checker stop the bus and take to dabba at bungga saheb. After 45 minutes he do the lunch. But due to this many passanger not joining her company.because bus is late due to bus checker lunch.can you please share her lunch is important ya passanger

Bad experience

Dear sir,

This is very bad to share that today on 04/10/19 I'm am travelling with hrtc Sarkaghat depot bus no HP 28A 7362 from kharar to nangal i have take this bus from kharar at 8:00 am after 45 minutes driver stop bus at nasib dhaba at bharatgarh round about half an hour I am working in private company and I am getting late to reach destination. So kindly look in to matter that after 1 hour driver and conductor stop busses unnecessary.

Rude behaviour of bus conductor and not giving the tickets

Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention that bus no. HP53A 1969 the conductor and driver both are very rude in behaviour we are waiting for the bus since 4:05pm and bus arrived at 4:20. But the conductor was there since 4:05. I was in queue on 1st no he refused to give tickets. Bus was from baijnath to Dehradun. I wanted two tickets for kalamb. But he refused to give tickets saying that ‘madam pehle dehradun ki sawari local Sawari baad me’. Later he justified his action by saying that ‘majri chowk ki sawari b betha le.’ He misbehaved with me . Sir we are aware of the article 15 and reservation for ladies seat in the hrtc buses. Even I have the recoding for the conversation. We want you to take strict action against them we will file a written Complaint also but for this complaint we want the response.

I  want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both the drivers and the bus conductors with the commuters.
A bus belong to the sarkaghat depo and the bus no is HP 281478 which I confirm from joginder nagar bus stand . I want to complaint about the bus conductor behaviour.I have been 13 days to traveled by hp transport and my dropping point were the same as I wanted to get down but he said this isnt a station . He start to argue with me in a very illiterate way he has no manners how to talk with the passenger mainly with a ladies. Conductor he spoke like a uneducated person may be he was recruited by under a quota system or he got his job by someone else recommendation I said this because if he is getting his job by own hard work he knows very well how to behave with people's or he has a spoken manners. His behaviour at that time was very unkind, unfriendly, irrispectful . That conductor needs to learn some etiquettes which is their parents forgot to teach him You should provide a some etiquettes training for your conductor or driver's before recruiting them. That conductor I don't think isn't safe for passengers i m very sure some day he will be in a jail because of that behaviour.
When was I stepped down from the bus the driver immediately moved a bus what if I fell down or injured at that time who was responsible for that situation. If that wasn't a station it's ok I was ready to get down on other station but he can spoke that thing politely or in a mannered way. I m mantioning a ticket image you could check below:-

Complaint about bad behaviour of costumer care

This is to complaint about the bad way of talking by your man using whats app on no. ××× for resolving the problem. But his way of talking us too bad. I complained him about the bus driver not stop the bus at lower khalini shimla which is marked as a bus stop but the driver did not stop the bus there for the passengers. When I complain about this on that no. over whats app he didnt take any action and when i asked him to do so then he start miss behaving and start using inappropriate words and then blocked me . But i have taken the screen shot of his conversation as a proof

Wrong information on board

I travell from sunder nagar to kangra in karsog chaunda bus then he write on board this is super fast bus but it take more time as compare to super fast bus.so kindly dont wirte wrong information on bus board

misbehave by driver and not stopping at desired location

today i travelled in one of your bus HP 64 6405. first of all i asked the driver to stop the bus at sec 6 parwanoo but he did not stop the bus and talked to me very rudely when i asked him to stop the bus. he dropped me 3 kms away at parwanoo sector 1 and i had to go 3 kilometers back in such heat and humidity and if no action is taken I will take more strict action and on higher level these government drivers had made the traveleers like beggar or what. never use hrtc busses ever. thankyou

Hrtc pathetic service

While I was traveling from shimla (8/4/2019) it was around 7:30 when I pic the bus from by pass
HP 14 B 2294 .After 20 minutes near taradevi I gave 2000 note to conductor for the ticket and told him that I have green card as well as ,he simply refuses that this is not applicable .again I said it is applicable from shimla to solan . He argued and said give the change either leave the bus. It was a long rute bus first time this was happening to me all passengers was looking to him even 1 said talk politely .by luck I had only change approx 63 so he used green card .I said at solan kindly give me another ticket and no issue give me balance later .he said all passengers is going to solan so not possible. When I arrived solan he said that come with change I said this is long rute bus u can't say to leave me from bus .he was saying leave the bus and get the change another bus is coming .. He was very rude I don't know why. He was harrasing me .bus was almost full .I want revert as soon as possible .

Complain against bus service

The bus running between Ponta sahib to Yamunanagar especially thats timing is 3:00pm from ponta saheb to ynr are very rude & mis behaving they never stop bus at bus stop so that passengers cannot catch it if someone runs and catch it they start fighting and never drop them at inbetween stops they always say that that's not our stop they never cooperate even with females If any authority reads these suggestions should take strict action against these people if needed i can give u written complain against them

I had very bad experience last midnight. I booked ticket from Chandigarh to THURAL. Unfortunately PALAMPUR depot of bus stuck midnight on road near by roopnagar highways which was coming to haridwar. I understand to cooperate with bus driver and conductor on mean time. They drop me to baijnath depot of bus till Sujanpur destination.
Baijnath depot of bus driver and conductor were shouting and rudeless behaviour showing on me.
Eg:- same as like as police who behave with criminal.
They were not corporative with me at midnight who drop me at UNA near by petrol pump and called me go to palampur depot of bus.

I just need an answer. I have taken the proper hrtc ticket. I never break any rule of HRTC. I'm loyal with HRTC always. Maximum staff members and people are good in HRTC. Why some HRTC staff members are not corporate with passenger's and trying to damage HRTC image in front of us.

kindly Teach and trained to driver's and conductor's how to co-operate and behave with HRTC passenger's in midnight due to emergency time and condition.

Driver not stop bus at Swarghat Bus stop.

Dear sir/ Madam,
My name is manoj Kumar. I had to go to Nalagarh on 06/09/2018 from Swarghat. I handed Hamirpur Baddi bus to Swarghat station but the driver not stopped the bus at the bus stop and stopped the bus 200 meters ahead, where a person was standing. The driver did not stop the bus when we ran towards the bus. Because of the driver, I could not do my duty and I had to be a victim of mental harassment.
