I booked the flight and got msg from air line that flight got delayed for two hours. So I checked with makemy trip and they said you can cancel the flight as airline have delayed the flight and u will get the refund amount. So as per their request I have cancelled the flight and still refund not received and when I ask make my trip they saying refund as been initiated from travel agency but air line not accepted it.when i contact air line they saying travel agency not contacted them and ask them to contact us for refund. Either air line or travel agency both are in automated call or chat. And how to talk to real human when everything is automated. Finally my cancellation and the refund is not initiated at all. Pls contact me through email id and help me with my refund .

I had booked 6 tickets from Rajkot to Mumbai for travel date of 12th Dec 2025. Booking ID - NF2AHL4A16658463387.
Indigo airlines had rescheduled the flight which was intimated by MMT to me. The flight rescheduling had background of heavy disturbance in Indigo operations in week1 & week2 of Dec 25. Due to this, there was no confidence on Indigo's changed plan. As the rescheduling was not inline with my further travel plans, i had to cancel the tickets well in advance.
Now, while cancelling these tickets the MMT website was showing that the refund will be processed & will be intimated to me. However, now there is no mention abut this refund on website and moreover, there is no assistance over phone as well. I could not find any Email ID wherein i can raise the complaint.
This is frustrating and resulting into significantly low confidence on MMT as well.
Please note, this is a big monitory loss for me which MMT is expected to resolve the issue on top priority.

The cancellation of one ticket happened in the month of August 2025 and i have sent all the necessary documents and still I haven't received any refund.

Sep 13th says your document is under review and why is taking it such a long time. Does it take one and half month to review a document to refund. In a matter of minutes, you were able to cancel the booking and deduct more than 50% of the amount and why can't you do simple refund asap.

Secondly, it very difficult to talk to a helpdesk as there is no option for refund or talk to helpdesk.Every thing is automates. Its very frustrating.

The process should be simple and yours is very complication and unresponsive.

Yesterday I was booking train ticket from mathura to Chennai. Amount 4306 was debited from account but train ticket was not booked and pnr/ booking id is not generated. Neither the money is refunded.
Please confirm whether the ticket is booked or I need to book again and the refund status.

I booked my flight through MMT and canceled it.At the time of cancelation, they told me that my refund will be granted within 7 days .But now it almost 20 days and I didn't get my refund back.I also go through the flight website and they said they already transfer my refund amount to the app through which I booked my flight. But MMT is not responding to me, can someone tell me about this ?

With reference to the above PNR no. I had paid ON 31st August Rs.800/- for seat numbers 10B AND 10E as NO FREE SEATS WERE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME.. After processing the payment at the final stage due to technical reasons the seat allotment didn't go through and i got a message that the amount will be reversed and the process was initiated.

Due to the technical error, I was forced to book again and to my surprise, the system showed that seat nos.10B and 10E were already allotted. I also noticed that no other seat for Rs.400 per passenger was available and I was forced to book seats with a cost of Rs.1000 each thus incurring additional costs.

Being a senior citizen and also physically challenged, I came to understand from the counter staff who were processing the check on, that i need not pay any amount for seats. Besides, he was surprised when I told him that there were no FREE seats were available. In fact the counter staff was very kind enough to change our seats from 12B AND 12C to 5B and 5C. Under the circumstances, I have been wrongly charged for the seats.

Hence, I request you to process a refund of Rs.2000/- and credit the same to the account which it was recovered i.e. my Credit Card.

I have booked a ticket from Chennai to guntur in makemytrip but then I got to know that it is from Chennai to gudur which is 5 hrs away from guntur but they have mentioned the destination wrongly and now I will be losing a lot of my money if I cancel it and when I tried to contact them they had that automated call, where my query is not even listed and I can't choose another option.

This is not logical to deduct MMT Convenience Fee, as we faced lot of inconvenience due to cancelled flight.

I book air ticket from Saudi Arabia credit card. 972saudi riyal amount was actual amount deducted.

On the same day I cancelled the ticket. Until now refund was not happening.

I would like to follow up on my previous request regarding a name correction for my upcoming flight scheduled on 24/04/2025. Unfortunately, my name was auto-corrected during the booking process and I kindly request this to be rectified at the earliest.
As your website does not display the passenger name until after the payment is completed, I was not able to catch the error earlier. Given that my flight is scheduled for the early morning of 24th April, I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible to ensure I can travel as planned.
Additionally, I spoke with Qatar Airways customer service, and they confirmed that name corrections are possible and must be handled directly by the issuing agent. They also mentioned that such corrections are quite common and routinely processed.

I've spoken with the customer service od Singapore airlines and they suggested that since I booked my flight within your company you should and can request Singapore airlines to alter or rebook my flight.

From last 2 & 1/2 month still waiting for refund amount for my cancelled flight of Air India the amount is not credited what is the issue for MMT why it is taking long time to refund amount I book my flight from MMT not by Air India.

I have booked train tickets. First I have paid for the tickets but the transaction failed. So I tried again. The second transaction succeeded. But I didn't get refund of my first transaction. My first transaction succeeded after second transaction which is not refunded.
