I have been trying to contact you through all possible ways like mail, customer service, app, etc again and again but no response at all. I regularly book my tickets through you. This time, the flights were cancelled from your end and I'm not getting my refund. I did contact Spicejet airlines. They say they have refunded the amount which I should collect from you. Then, why are you not refunding my money??

Almost 1 year now, i was constantly asking for my refund. Makemytrip.com being an international ,global operations, very sad tha there is no customer reverences cell. or a dedicated E mail ID. I require my maoney back to the card. i really do not want to continue this card, but i cant close. when i contacted Air India, and they replied that to contact the agent for reimbursement, and air India has already provided.

i am being a dedicted person to this site, i require an help now.

I cancelled my flight directly with the airline and they confirmed me about the refund which is given by Make my trip. The airline is clear from their side, still I didn't get any response from Make my trip.
I have tried to connect make my trip so many times still it's of no use. Why they gugs do such a fraud with customers. I want my refund back as soon as possible.

I am a long time customer of MMT,
I had booked the above ticket by Emirates on 27th Feb 2020 for my wife and myself through your Make My Trip office- Holiday Hub at Durgapur, West Bengal India.

We are both retired senior citizens and we wanted to go to Amsterdam to see our daughter and her family who are staying at Amsterdam on a work assignment .As the visa of my son in law is due to expire this September, our entire trip itself is doubtful unless his visa is extended which is uncertain .

2. Cancellation of flights due to COVID 19

Due to the Covid 19 crisis , Emirates had suspended flights up to July 2020. As such, we approached MMT Durgapur office for a refund of the fare and we were assured that they had taken up with the Airline and the amount would be refunded.
3. We are informed that as per Government direction, the fare amount for cancelled flights is to be refunded in September itself.
However, our requests to your Durgapur office to inform us about the status of the refund are not being replied beyond a vague message on WhatsApp saying that they were trying and we should wait till October 2020. Further enquiries by phone call and mails are being ignored,
As we are retired senior citizens and as the blocked amount paid by us towards the fare represents a considerable proportion of our savings, we request early processing of our request for refund

I am writing regarding to my flight status on theb26th of August. Earlier today I made a refund request accidentally and with the help of some make my trip customer care assistance i was able to cancel that refund request. My tickets for 26th of August was confirmed however I received a call from the airlines (air Asia) about our tickets being cancelled and refund being initiated to make my trip. I didn’t receive any refund and make my trip did not provide me any notification regarding the cancellation instead the app shows that my tickets are confirmed. Kindly look into the matter and make sure I am able to travel that very day and contact me asap.

I booked three tickets from cochin international airport to varanasi international airport on 6th august 2020.while booking the tickets my money got debited from the account but i didnt recieved any confirmation msg showing my booking id.so i request you to refund the amount to my account as earlier as possible.

26 may I cancelled my indigo flight ticket but still I am not getting any refund amount.somany times I contact your customer care there said you will get within 3to 4 day but now already 20days passed .what should I do

I have booked 8 flight tickets from Indigo from Mangalore to Mumbai on 29th May 2020. But due to COVID 19 , flight has cancelled & amount was transferred to Makemytrip i.e travel agent on 29th May 20 from indigo airlines.
But till today I have not received refund amount, which is refunded by indigo to Makemytrip account.But same time I have not getting any response from Makemytrip for my mails. I am very disappointed with your service.
This is my worst experience in my lifetime.

I have cancelled my ticket on 11/03/2020 directly through airlines due my father was not allowed to travel due to Medical reasons. Ticket number is KCJJ8T. Spicejet has confirmed that the ticket has been cancelled on 11/03/2020 and the refund amount has been transfered to make my trip on 12/03/2020.
Till the time i am not received the refund amount. This is very bad experience to me. How we will trust you in future.

AS I have booked hotels FROM YOUR WEBSITE MAKE MY TRIP due to lockdown and trains cancelled we were unable to commence our journey. By cancelling my hotel bookings the refund amount showing in wallet account, So, my request is to transfer my amount to my SBI ACCOUNT. Because how long this carona virus continue. I tried to book a ticket from cnn to ccu dated 4 jun 2020. The amount was deducted from my account but i didnt get any confirmation message from makemytrip. I got a message from makemytrip " Payment of Rs. 8855.0 received successfully with ref. no.: NF70115274690170A3. In case of any issue please wait for an hour to get the updated status". This message i got on yesterday evening. After 18 hrs i didnt vet any message.i feel very bad of doing bookings on MMT.
Ashamed of MMT of having this type of professional attitude shown to me.

While booking ticket today morning Amount got deducted from my account. But its shown on app transaction failed. I have checked my its already deducted can I get a help regarding this.

Messages received from Indigo. It is stated that the paid amount towards the flight has been kept under 'credit shell'.  Since the itinerary was for one way occasion and since the occasion will happen on the same day as fixed and would passwithout my presence, please make immediate refund of the amount to my account.

Indigo has confirmed that the two tickets has been cancelled on 04/03/2020 and the refund amount has been transfered to make my trip. Till time i am not received the refund amount.this is very bad experience to me. How we will trust you in future.

i made a booking for thailand with makemytrip by your makemytrip agent Pratima Agarwal from Kolkata office, unfortunately had to cancel because of Corona Virus issue which is globally affecting evryone. I had done the cancellation and i am really having a hard time getting my refund amount, i had been calling customer care spoke to Adil he promised that 15000 rupees will be refunded to your account with in 7-10 days though i had paid 46000 INR but nothing received yet. i tried contacting Pratima from whom i had made the bookings even she is not answering or replying, so i had mailed the customer care and B2B for the same with my booking id still no response. i am very disappointed with the service of makemytrip and their aftersales. it would be helpful if you can give me direct point of contact or email so i can get my money refunded.
