Bad service of Lucknow to Delhi

Respected sir.
i would like to inform you. i am regular travel Lucknow to delhi at alambagh bus stand but today is very pathetic service of yours buses and yours employees. they are not informing proper timing of Lucknow to Delhi buses. i asked many time but they did not inform us. i am very disappointed with this service i will never travel in future of this bus stand.

ओपन इंडेड कार्ड वैधता बढ़ाने से सम्भान्धित

ऐ आर एम आलमबाग
महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरा ओपन इंडेड कार्ड की वैधता बढ़ाने के लिए आलमबाग डिपो में नवम्बर माह में दिया था लेकिन आजतक मेरा कार्ड मुझे नही दिया गया जबकि मैं 150 किमी से कम से कम 20 बार दौड़ लगाई लेकिन अभीतक मुझे मेरा कार्ड नही मिला। जो मोबाइल नंबर मुझे दिया गया उसपर जानकारी के लिए कॉल की जाती तो फोन रिसीव नही होता है।
कृपया इसको सज्ञान में लेके समस्या का निस्तारण करने का कष्ट करें।

Rude Behavior and Non adherence to timings

Firstly, I myself am surprised that complain I am writing is for a Scania, multi axle bus non stop from Delhi to Lucknow.

Travels - Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation(UPSRTC)
Bus Type - Scania A/C seater (2+2)

This complaint is against the driver and his co-workers who are so greedy for money that even after leaving from anand vihar on time they made us intentionally wait for more than one hour near Jevar toll plaza without any reason. Again at around 6.00 am they stopped the bus for another 20 mins. This was supposed to be a non stop no delay bus service but it does not seem so.

Hopefully someone would look into this matter since the driver works according to his whims and fancies and the numbers mentioned do not even work.
