Hi, I have an LG microwave oven which is not working since last fifteen days. It needs repair. Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly repair it as soon as possible. I will be thankful to you.

I have LG microwave Oven and not working proparly means not start proparly

I had booked a complaint for repair of my microwave oven. The technician came and gave me the estimates of parts. I paid his service charge and told him that I will confirm repairs later on. He gave me his and his owners contact number. Later when I could not contact him, I requested his owner, who asked me to make a fresh complaint. I made a fresh complaint. A new Technician from the same owner came and gave me estimate which was totally at variance with the earlier estimate (it was much lower for few parts and much higher for other part). I showed him the estimate given by his colleague. He fringed ignorance and said he will send the exact estimate after checking. However later on the call centre said the parts are discontinued and are not available and have closed the request (RNP180307068760).

I am of the opinion that company has no control on their outsourced Technicians and anybody buying LG products are at mercy of these people for any after sales support.
