We have given complaint on lg toll free number but till to now no message there today only message me immediately.in lg what's app not taking action about that

I'm not happy to my ac. My ac out door unit is very noice voice. My ac out door unit is very haming sound. Please out door unit cheng. My ac is 1 ton ac and five star ac. Please cheng out door unit.

I purchased AC 1.5 Ton 3 startand Feel AC colling not at all coming as expected.
Also i purchased AC from Haier in 2 hours cooling his very fast & Best service

I purchased AC Dual inverter 1.5 Ton 3 start and got it installed on 16th March 2019 and Feel AC colling not at all coming as expected.
Also i purchased AC from Reliance Digital Medavakkam the Installation Guys who came where not professional and not installed in the manner which i said.
Not at all happy with their service and the product

I have purchased LG 1.5 ton AC on 25th Feb on top priority. Post which on 26th Feb they delivered the AC with RUDE behavior and charged 400rs as delivery charges which was not at all communicated earlier. Again on 27th Feb Technical came to fix the A.C but there was no A/C stand and as a customer I need to get that stand by again calling to the Bajaj Electronics Nallakunta showroom. That technical left on 27th Feb with out fixing it and he keeps telling he will come in 15mins / 30mins. Today is 28th Feb from morning I called 10 times to LG technical following up to them come and fix it.

We have pooja tomorrow and that's the reason I had to get the AC fixed and I was very particular. I changed my plan from Samsung to LG knowing they LG is better but I was wrong.

Totally disappointed the way they operated.

I have bought a new semi automatic washing machine
But this machine is part of broken no hold water I complained in service center still they told me this machine is replacement but no any body come for replacement now yet.
Such a i am very disappointed and harsshment

Dear LG, Please note that I have bought a LED TV from Delhi and now after 2 years TV screen has gone, only sound is coming and there is nothing appears on screen, we called the customer centers and they send the service engineers and as per them the panel has some issue and its need to replace with 20K Rs. charge because it’s not under the warranty, but why the TV has getting defective with 2 years, I bought one flatiron that also defected within 2 years. My question what is the quality of your product which not run more than 2 years, and if panel has defected and need replacement its need 20 thousand rupees for what, in this case who will going to buy the LG. I bought it in 42K in offer and if the repair cost will be 20K Rs. then what is the benefits to buy the LG if repair/replacement cost is too high. Can you please send your skilled engineer to check the TV and repaired it ASAP. And let us know the exact cost of repairing please.

Lg service person worst mannar and heavy additional charges providing , 1m of copper tube are 250rs but they are charge 800rs why? New ac fixing responsibility is only for corresponding brands.

I bought 2 AC units, one was of 1.5 ton & 2 ton from ACE Electronics( LG Best Shop)G.I.P Mall.1.5 Ton AC is working fine but 2.0 Ton AC stopped working after 15 days from the purchase.after making several complaints, 2Ton AC was replaced, they provided warranty of 6 months but that also stoped working after 15 days from installation,need resolution asap

I have purchased 3 split AC for my apartment. All these AC were fitted by LG company representative at Gurgaon. Based on my experience of split AC I had asked LG rep to be extremely cautious wrt water drainage. I was repeatedly assured that all was done well in a professional manner.
Since monsoon has set in I had gone visiting my apartment to check if there was any water leak as well as to check the effectiveness of the AC.

Much to my dismay I found one of the AC had water leak within 30 min of running ruining the newly done apartments wall .

I would request LG to follow up on the matter urgently.

I have purchased duel inverter AC. In the month of April 2018, after twenty days, AC not working, I given a complaint and LG services person came, but they denied to do their work, because they want me to provide tools to reach AC out door unit, they closed the call, with reason, installation is not ready, .
But my doubt is why should I provide the tools, this is their responsibility to bring the required things. Still they have not repair my AC, what should I do, can I go for consumers forum?

My split AC is working but no cooling effect. Need immediate servicing.

I purchased split ac from AK Gandhi some year back.The same ac is covered under AMC since 2013.Few days ago it stopped, technician from company came on 16th May and taken blower motor and pcb for repair.Inspite of follow up same parts are not repaired so AC is not working.
You are requested to kindly expedite matter.

CAN THE COMPANY/DEALER PROVIDE ME AUTHENTICAL DOCUMENT. WHILE IN MARKET ANY LITTLE ITEMS ALSO HAVING SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ON ANY PART.
