Complaint for Geyser leak
Dear Sir/ Madam,
We have registered a complaint for our Khaitan Geyser on 18/9/2018 vide complaint no- KSC697884.
No one has attended the call till date in spite of repeated reminders at your toll free number.
If this is the response of the company for Delhi NCR customers then the future of the company is not good,
Today the company runs on good after sales service and customer satisfaction but I am afraid your company care neither of two.
On top of it your telecallers lacks empathy and customer sentiments.
Yesterday when I called the customer care number the lady executive was very rude and arrogant. When I told her that I will complaint about it then she told very arrogantly -go ahead.
Pl attend to the call immediately and take strict action against the erring employee.

I am staying at Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. It falls in Delhi NCR.
We had purchased a new Zolta water heater from an authorised dealer of Ghaziabad in 2014.
For last one year, the geyser is giving trouble in the sense that it stops heating water.\
I would request you to depute your authorised service technician.

Zolta Geyser
My above named water heater is giving trouble.
We are staying in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). We had purchased the Zolta Geyser in 2014 locally. The geyser is giving trouble in the sense that it stops heating. Pl arrange to get it checked by your authorised service engineer covering Ghaziabad.
