Worst service ever.
Seriously is this the way you serve your customers. I thought Khaitan is a top class company but I was wrong. Suggest you whoever is reading this comment please take it seriously and don't buy any product from Khaitan because it's service is pathetic. I registered a complaint on 21st November about my geyser which I bought only 15 months before, the complaint was registered & a reference number is generated which is RAJ211125371829, after a wait of five days a person of Khaitan team member called me and says I will not come, do whatever you can, after that I complaint to head of rajasthan team Mr Arjun, he said I'll call you after 10 minutes, then what I see after a long pathetic wait of 48 hours I received a message from company that your complaint has been resolved, see without doing anything this company is resolving my problem, disgusting! So I suggest to everyone kindly rethink if you are thinking to bought any Khaitan product.

Worst company, I will never buy your company's product in my entire life. After complaining about service, the technician did not even call.

Your service is very bed i m not prefer to purchage any khaitan product

And next cooler’s fan is not working. I called to the shop where I purchased it from. They are saying that they are calling to company but it’s not responding. So please do something needful as soon as possible.

We bought Khaitan geyser from Rajeev electricals Bareilly u.p. on 31.12.16 and in a very short time it's not working so we called your service executive he came 3 of time but problem is still there(he came for temporary service only),and by cracked internal pipe of geyser there is crack in wall on which geyser is hanged we complained on 22.9.18 and after a month there is no hearing please solve our matter.
