And next cooler’s fan is not working. I called to the shop where I purchased it from. They are saying that they are calling to company but it’s not responding. So please do something needful as soon as possible.

i have purchase one cooler from hind enterprise on 7.06.2019 only in three days cooler swing is not working ,water is not passing in three pipe of the chowk the nozzel and the water is cooming out of the gril.

We bought Khaitan geyser from Rajeev electricals Bareilly u.p. on 31.12.16 and in a very short time it's not working so we called your service executive he came 3 of time but problem is still there(he came for temporary service only),and by cracked internal pipe of geyser there is crack in wall on which geyser is hanged we complained on 22.9.18 and after a month there is no hearing please solve our matter.
