Kenstart Ro water purifier

I am extremely disappointed with Kenstar RO water purifier service. The customer support is very poor and does not provide any proper response. Every time I raise a service request, they charge ₹300, but the issue is still not resolved.

The assigned technician never answers phone calls, making it impossible to get any update or support. Despite paying service charges, there is no professionalism, no timely response, and no accountability.

I would not recommend Kenstar RO service to anyone. The company should improve its customer support, ensure technicians respond to customers, and stop charging people without providing proper service.

Request for service and claim warranty!

I am resident of chennai, bought a kenstar oven on 2014.and it was not in use almost 5 years due to misplaced the warranty card to claim the warranty that time. We found the warranty card after 4 yrs now so need to know weather we can claim it or not so kindly update us the nearby service support in Chennai. Were we can't find any service centers nearby. Kindly do the needful

Cancelling the complaint without solving the issue

I have purchased a cooler from grant tech home appliances,Nooranad vide bill no.WM97 in last week.There is a water leakage, due to which I made a complaint(no.COC1103200006) on 11 march 2020.yesterday I got a message that my complaint is cancelled without solving the issue.today I made a call to customer care,and again they lodge a complaint.this type of irresponsible behavior from your side is not acceptable.if you are not in a position clear the issue ,I request you to kindly take back the item and refund the amount.i will be thankful to you.
