Shipping

• The product will be delivered within 4-5 working days and in few cases, in
  7-10 working days of the order.
• If the customer is not present when courier attempts to deliver the product,
  another attempt is made within 24 hour, after that parcel is kept on hold by
  the courier for 3 days.

Replacement/Refund

• In case, the product received is damaged the customer can raise a complaint
  by clicking on “My account” section tab within 3 days of delivery of the order.
• If complaint is raised after 3 days of receiving the order, standard warranty
  policy of the Company shall be applied and same can be addressed by visiting.
  
• If the product for replacement is not available, refund will be initiated within 3-5
  days of approval for claim.
