Selling jewelry by lying

Dear sir

My name is KALPESH GADHIYA & my mo. No. Is 84014 59444.

We had purchased diamond jewellery from your showroom and when we purchased it, we were told that when you return this jewellery, you will get a full refund of the diamond price. Now today, when we came to buy another gold jewellery against this jewellery, we were told that 10% of the diamond will be deducted from our diamond jewellery and it is written in the bill that 10% will be deducted. When we went to purchase, we were sold the jewellery by lyingly saying that we will get a 100% refund. Now, decide for yourself how reasonable this is.

When we said that we would get 100% of the diamond money back, they argued with me that we had not said that and they quarreled with me and misbehaved with me.

And now when we asked for a refund in exchange for the jewellery, they said we will get our money after 4 days. Now you decide that we have to pay the money immediately when we make the purchase and you refund after 4 days.

If we make the purchase, 10% is deducted and if we want to get a refund, we get it after 4 days.

Are all these things reasonable..?

Pathetic behavior no response towards customers

Hello ...I went to kalayan jewelry mysore mani mohalla shop on 13th Aug to purchase...I waited for almost 20 min no body attend us..is this called service...shame on u pathetic behavior only one person is telling us to wait somebody will attend us but 20min is tooo much...Nonsense bloody bullshits

ನಾನು ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಜ್ಯುವೆಲ್ಲರ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 16/10/2022 ರಂದು ಮಾಂಗಲ್ಯ ಚೈನ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಇದರ ತೂಕ 32.100 ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಇದನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು 10 ತಿಂಗಳು ಆಗಿದ್ದು ದಿನಾಂಕ 27/10/2023 ರಂದು ಈ ಚೈನ್ ಜಂಗ್ ಬಿಟಿದ್ದು exchange ಮಾಡಲು ಹೋದಾಗ ಇದ್ರ ತೂಕ 24 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಇದು ತುಂಬಾ ನೋವು ಮತ್ತು ಬೇಜಾರು ಮಾಡುವಂತ ಸಂಗತಿ ಈ ಚೈನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಫ್ಲೆಡ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಯಾರ ಅತ್ರಾನು ಕೊಟಿಲ್ಲ ನಮಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಮೋಸ ಆಗಿದೆ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಇದನ್ನ ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಸರಿ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಡಿ
