Shipping

• Shipment of custom made by goldsmiths, please allow up to minimum
  12-14 working days for the jewellery (depending on the type of jewellery)
  to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments.
• The delivery date mentioned on the website is a tentative date based on
  major cities and primary locations. 
• Products are shipped post receipt of full payment against the order
  except in the case of COD.
• Shipping is absolutely free to all locations across India.

Cancellation & Refund

• Refunds for payment made through debit/credit cards/net banking,
  will be processedby reversal of the same transaction. This would
  take around 3-5 working days.
• In cases of refunds under 15 days return, refund is subject to quality
  confirmation by skilled quality assurance team and verification of product
  documents like insurancecertificate, original invoice and product certificate.
• You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before
  we dispatch theorder from our end and you receive an " Order
  Shipped" Confirmation. 
• Cancellation of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount
  will be refunded back to the Candere Wallet.
