With due respect Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that the food shop serving at the Jolly grant Airport is not upto the standards.They are serving stale ,oily,and unhealthy food ...there is no option to cancel your order...we faced food poisoning after eating the food bought from the airport shop ..(veg- chicken rolls ) Kindly look into the matter...as I am from Dehradun...and I don't want to spoil the good name of our city ...and defame our Airport.
Please take positive action towards this. .

Bluffed & changed women passenger to early morning flight

Jet-airways is the worst I found. They bluffed a women saying the flight was prepound but it's not true. It was that they changed her from afternoon flight to early morning early morning flight. She face a lot of problem to get a cab from unknown unsafe area early morning and had to wait almost 9hrs for her connecting flight.
