Bus not available

We and almost 50 passengers going to Mahoba, are standing at Kanpur bus stand since last one hour and there is no bus for Mahoba. We requested the inquiry system of the bus stand regarding this matter but they did not even talk properly.
This always happens. I request you to settle this matter soon, otherwise I will complain on the portal.
Today, dated 9th August, almost 5 buses left empty for Hardoi. The administration should keep in mind that most of the passengers who were standing at the bus stand wanted to go to Mahoba. We also talked about this matter but did not get any answer from the Jhakkarkati bus stand.
