Complaint Regarding HTC Trimmer Not Charging and Not Working Cli

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my HTC trimmer, which I purchased online through Meesho on 17-August-2026.

After using the trimmer for some time, I am facing the following issues:

The trimmer is not charging.
The trimmer is not switching on or working.
The product has become completely non-functional despite being used normally.
Since the product was purchased recently, I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for a replacement or repair under warranty, as applicable.

I can provide the purchase invoice, order details, photographs/videos, and other required information for verification.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
