I have booked lpg gas amount was debit but gas not booked

Dear team,

I'm Sandeep Kumar and my mother's name usha Devi and cosumer no. 606240 and issue date not confirmed may be 2017 and I got SMS on 25th December 2020 that my my calender was booked and OTP but I don't received any delivery but delivery was successful without sharing OTP and 12 cylinder was delivered without my knowledge and I received my 1 cylinder on 28th December 2020. But my adress was wrongly updated. And last 3 months I told many times plz updated right adress but there no response plz take neccesery action.

Nobody came to deliver a cylinder, the booking date was 17th May Order no. 323218, but I received a message today 28th May that there was no empty cylinder so the delivery was not done.
My consumer no. is 620721, Dhamdhere Gas Agency Pune.
A few months back also they played this trick that we were not at home and actually no one came to the delivery cylinder and the order got cancelled.

Hi, My HP Gas consumer number is 605374, Customer Name - Ramesh Sirohiya, I had booked the refill on 08th May 2020 and did online payment on Ezy Suvidha App, but till date no delivery is done and when called on HP GAS office agency of Kalbadevi, come and take it we don't care and misbehaviour done by them on person on duty dated 13th May 2020 afternoon 12.30 . Pls look into the matter and deliver. I cannot come and take GAS Cyclinder from Office, as I am Senior Citizen and I have nobody to be sent across.

But so far gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder to me. When I enquired about the the status of delivery on 09/03/2020.
I request you to kindly advise gas agency to deliver my filled cylinder urgently.

On 30/10/2019 I received messege of delevery of gas for Rs.618.50.But till evening the ceylender not received. I made contact to Parnam gas for not supplying the ceylender, they replied to waite.On 1/11/2019 they supplied the ceylender, and asked for Rs 696/ against 618.50. On asking they said that rates of gas have hiked. They charged excess of Rs 81.50 without providing me Cash memo.When I insisted for cash memo they said that we have no cash memo.

I am a proud customer of HP Gas for last 8 to 9 Years having 2 Cylinders. I always got the proper service from HP team since purchase and recommended to others also.

I was residing at Naigaon East and had dealer distributor (Location 1) but now I shifted to Kandivali East and wanted to change my distributor location also to (Location 2).

As per attached all the images nowhere is mentioned that I have only 1 Cylinder.

After taking transferred letter from (Location 1) when I came to (Location 2) to submit my required documents, staff over there told me that in all the documents 2 Cylinders is mentioned and in their system also deposit amount mentioned for 2 Cylinders but per the system I’ve only 1 Cylinder so I’ve to visit again to (Location 1) for that changes in the system. Even Kandivali staffs don’t know their own company centralized customer care number also.

Now you tell me that I don’t have access to check the HP Staff’s system and since in papers nowhere is mentioned that I have only 1 Cylinder so how I can come to know about that.

Even for a private job working person it’s hardly to get time to visit between 2 distributors which distance is approx 18 Kms .

This is official and soft mail to do the required changes from 1 Cylinder to 2 Cylinders without running here and there.

But many days passed away gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder and after several thousand times I have phoned but they didn't respond to me. When I went to agency to enquired about the status of delivery they said your payment is not success in our software so i can't help you, actually they has always been helpless for their poor customers,

I have been transferred to Belgaum from MYSORE
I approached Akash gas agency in Belgaum to get gas. The agency is insisting many documents which are not required on transfer
The following documents he insisted
1. Bank pass book
Rental agreement
Adhar card
Electricity bill
Kyc documents
and told that his person will verify the my new address and he told 3 to 4 days for for issue of gas after completing all formalities
This is the first time I am facing this problem in 24 years as I have been using hp gas since 1996
Pl help me in this regard and give proper instructions to gas distributors

But so far gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder to me. When I enquired about the the status of delivery on 21/6/2018, revised booking number was given as 565066 .
I request you to kindly advise gas agency to deliver my filled cylinder urgently.

My LPG gas No was 601816 in Kitchen needs agency which is near by to my house. Now it is transfered to Gulbarga HP GAS Agency kalaburgi no 603389 without my consent/without my knowledge resulting very inconvenience to me and also which is 8kms away. I am a senior citizen facing very difficult to reach that agency. Therefore L request to transfer back to kichen needs and oblige. Thank you.

Sir kindly inform any alternate arrangement for making payment through wallet/cards/net payments to avoiding cash payment to Cylinder/refill charges to the boys ?
I have contacted my HP distributor M/s. SLV enterprises, they expressed no alternate payment other then cash payment.

am HP GAS consumer 691588, I had booked refill on 3rd feb 2018 via UPI and amount has been debited from account but still i did not received refill yet and no proper response from support team. I am keep sending emails to Ashish Singh ( आशीष सिंह ), M Laxmi Bai ( एम लक्ष्‍मीबाई ), Penugonda Venkata Abhilash ( पेनुगोंडा वेंकट अभिलाष ) and Rohit Garg ( रोहित गर्ग ) and calling on X04027716349X and X7589301528X number but no one responding. Could you please look into this and help me here?

We have booked for refilling of LPG gas cylinder in chenab trading Co. Amphalla Jammu but they don't deliver it and instead say we have to pick cylinder from their office.

In my area village chiri distt rohtak state haryana they giving a cylinder charging 750 . Its agency name aman hp gas chiri . Please take some action to show your authority power

For new connection ration card is compulsory ???
If i have no ration card then i take new connection.

HP UPHAAR Consumer No.601063, LPG booking nos.240353,244072,249618 are cancelled and/or not delivered by HP. Hence said consumer suffering from LPG cooking gas. Why?
