Fake Delivery Update & Suspected Malpractice

I received an SMS last Wednesday stating that my gas cylinder was delivered. However, I have not received the cylinder. Despite repeated follow-ups, Bhavani Gas Agency has failed to deliver and continues to give false assurances.

This situation raises serious concern of malpractice. I strongly suspect that my booking has been diverted or sold to another customer for a higher price. After the delivery message, the distributor has also stopped responding to my calls.
This is a clear case of false delivery update and possible cheating, causing inconvenience and loss of trust.

निवेदन है कि मैं मनोज कुमार पाण्डेय, H.P. गैस का एक उपभोक्ता हूँ। मैंने दिनांक 29/03/2026 को गैस सिलेंडर बुक कराया था तथा उसका ऑनलाइन भुगतान भी कर दिया था, लेकिन आज दिनांक 14/04/2026 तक मुझे गैस सिलेंडर प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है।
इस संबंध में मैंने कई बार गैस एजेंसी के कार्यालय में संपर्क किया, परंतु वहाँ से कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं मिला। वहाँ के कर्मचारी द्वारा भी उचित व्यवहार नहीं किया जा रहा है।
गैस सिलेंडर न मिलने के कारण मेरे परिवार को भोजन बनाने में काफी कठिनाई हो रही है। मैंने इस समस्या के समाधान हेतु कई बार शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई है, लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है।
अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्या का शीघ्र समाधान करते हुए गैस सिलेंडर की डिलीवरी करवाने की कृपा करें, महोदय आपकी बहुत कृपा होगी।

Grievance regarding non-acceptance of LPG booking and unavailabi

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a grievance regarding the current LPG supply situation for domestic consumers. At present, LPG booking is not being accepted through the usual channels, and most of the consumer care and emergency numbers appear to be switched off or unreachable.

While government communications state that there is no shortage of LPG for domestic consumption, the situation on the ground is creating panic among consumers. Cylinders are reportedly unavailable, and booking and delivery agencies are unable to provide clear or satisfactory information regarding availability or expected delivery timelines.

Due to this uncertainty, many households are facing difficulty in arranging cooking gas for daily use. I request the concerned authorities to kindly investigate this issue, restore proper booking facilities, and ensure timely supply of LPG cylinders to domestic consumers.

I would appreciate prompt action and clear communication to address this situation and reduce the panic among consumers.

SMS received no empty cylinder

Nobody came to deliver a cylinder, the booking date was 17th May Order no. 323218, but I received a message today 28th May that there was no empty cylinder so the delivery was not done.
My consumer no. is 620721, Dhamdhere Gas Agency Pune.
A few months back also they played this trick that we were not at home and actually no one came to the delivery cylinder and the order got cancelled.

I am to state that on 29/10/19 on my mobile I booked my HP gas cylinder (vide OTP No. 9094) . On 30/10/2019 I received messege of delevery of gas for Rs.618.50.But till evening the ceylender not received. I made contact to Parnam gas for not supplying the ceylender, they replied to waite.On 1/11/2019 they supplied the ceylender, and asked for Rs 696/ against 618.50. On asking they said that rates of gas have hiked. They charged excess of Rs 81.50 without providing me Cash memo.When I insisted for cash memo they said that we have no cash memo.

exact same story happened with me, I think its big racket. they do it purposefully. month end dont deliver refill and wait for prise to go up and they brings the Refill. but atleast they should follow Booking confirmation amount and SMS. people are paying money just whatever these guys are asking for may be due to need as without gas - food cant be cooked. hope it will get address by some one relevent focal here if not I wll go consumer court any way.

I am a proud customer of HP Gas for last 8 to 9 Years having 2 Cylinders. I always got the proper service from HP team since purchase and recommended to others also.

I was residing at Naigaon East and had dealer distributor (Location 1) but now I shifted to Kandivali East and wanted to change my distributor location also to (Location 2).

As per attached all the images nowhere is mentioned that I have only 1 Cylinder.

After taking transferred letter from (Location 1) when I came to (Location 2) to submit my required documents, staff over there told me that in all the documents 2 Cylinders is mentioned and in their system also deposit amount mentioned for 2 Cylinders but per the system I’ve only 1 Cylinder so I’ve to visit again to (Location 1) for that changes in the system. Even Kandivali staffs don’t know their own company centralized customer care number also.

Now you tell me that I don’t have access to check the HP Staff’s system and since in papers nowhere is mentioned that I have only 1 Cylinder so how I can come to know about that.

Even for a private job working person it’s hardly to get time to visit between 2 distributors which distance is approx 18 Kms .

This is official and soft mail to do the required changes from 1 Cylinder to 2 Cylinders without running here and there.

My consumer number is 624463 and gas agency is N.K kooking gas agencey, Bhagalpur, Bihar. I have booked my gas cylinder 17 days ago I.e. on 1/1/19. But many days passed away gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder and after several thousand times I have phoned but they didn't respond to me. When I went to agency to enquired about the status of delivery they said your payment is not success in our software so i can't help you, actually they has always been helpless for their poor customers,

Not getting gas on transfer

I am Assistant Engineer working in central public works department
I have been transferred to Belgaum from MYSORE
I approached Akash gas agency in Belgaum to get gas. The agency is insisting many documents which are not required on transfer
The following documents he insisted

with due respect, My consumer number is xxx176 and our gas agency is New Gas Co. Nawabazar Srinagar, Kashmir i have registered complaint vide No.xxxx650 in the grievance cell of HP, in response to the complaint, the dealer made me only 4 subsidies out of 18 subsidies, but now again the issue is that twice i paid Rs. 850 per cylinder as the dealer asked... the same is happening with my neighbors as well, i have collected the evidence.. so, it is my humble request to look into the matter humanitarian basis at an earliest.

My consumer number is 609421and our gas agency is Baladevjew gas agencey . I have booked my gas cylinder 11 days ago I.e. on 13/6/18 and my booking number is 565066 . But so far gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder to me. When I enquired about the the status of delivery on 21/6/2018, revised booking number was given as 565066 .
I request you to kindly advise gas agency to deliver my filled cylinder urgently.

My LPG gas No was 601816 in Kitchen needs agency which is near by to my house. Now it is transfered to Gulbarga HP GAS Agency kalaburgi no 603389 without my consent/without my knowledge resulting very inconvenience to me and also which is 8kms away. I have contacted my HP distributor M/s. SLV enterprises, they expressed no alternate payment other then cash payment.

Double Money charged for one cylinder booking

My consumer no is 615302. I have booked one refill on 2/5/18 and I received a message that I can pay online so I did that my money was deducted and I didn’t receive any message so I contacted citrus through which transaction was done. They are saying that transaction was successful but still I have paid the cash amount of 642 again to the delivery boy. So my online transaction money has also been deducted and cash also taken. No phone is reachable to address the customer care.
