HP Gas Online Booking Procedure

Through IVRS

You can register your landline / mobile numbers as personal numbers on IVRS to facilitate auto-identification of the customer when you calls up next time. HP Anytime also sends 3 SMS alerts to you on the status of refill supplies:

  • Refill booking number and date of pending orders
  • Cash memo number & date
  • Delivery confirmation of refills

IVRS facility for refill booking/benefits of using IVRS for refill cylinder booking-

  1. You can book the cylinder at your convenience 24 x 7 on all 365 days
  2. No extra charges
  3. You can choose the language - Option of Local Language / Hindi / English is available
  4. You will receive Confirmation of Booking through SMS
  5. You will also receive Confirmation of Delivery through SMS

HP Gas consumers can call up from a landline/mobile and book their refill/register their complaint
(by entering their Distributor Telephone Number and Consumer Number)

Booking Through Quick Book & Pay

There are two option Quick Search / Normal Search

  • In Quick Search-
    • Type Distributor Name & Consumer No
    • Enter Captcha & Proceed
  • In Normal Search-
    • Select State/District/HP Gas Distributor/Consumer No
    • Enter Captcha & Proceed

Booking Through SMS

  • Registered your mobile no in HP ANY TIME number of the state
  • Send SMS to the HP ANY TIME number

For Example- HP<space>Distributor Phone NumberWith Std Code<space>Consumer Number

  • For Refill Booking(through SMS)Type HPGAS and send to HP ANY TIME No. of the State
  • When you book for refill cylinder, you will receive an SMS confirming the Booking of refill
    cylinder with booking reference number along with pending refill booking cleared date

Booking Through Mobile App

Through Play Store
  • Install the application by selecting 'HPGas'.
  • Once application is downloaded, Press on activate and it will ask
    • Distributor Code (Available on Transparency Portal)
    • Consumer no
    • Mobile no
  • You will receive an SMS with the activation code on your mobile.
Book Through Paytm
  • Go to PayTM App
    • Select “Book a Cylinder” – Select Your Gas Provider – select “HP Gas” - enter consumer no or registered mobile no for booking cylinder.

New Connection Registration Error

Good Morning,
During registration for new LPG Connection online for regular connection and eKYC done through Aadhar but on final submission the response shown __date of birth must be valid.

As date of birth fetched from AADHAR data which is correct. Why the response given on registration page (on the top) as "date of birth must be valid."

I request you to suggest how can this problem be resolved.

How to change language

I used ivrs for hp lpg booking. By mistake i changed the language from english to some south indian language. Now i am unable to change the language back to english again. The issue is i cannot understand the language spoken on ivrs which is other than hindi or english. So I'm unable to get the language change option. Please help

Hello
I booked through online booking also and by mistake language changed to Tamil which i don't know.now pl help how to change again in english.i tried lot but unable to change .Gas agency said you have to come to office for this which is so ridiculous tat for a small issue i hve to visit to there office .
