FAULTY GAS GEYSER

THE GAS GEYSERS OF HAVELLS ARE WORST AND THEY ARE MANUFACTURING WORST PRODUCT. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ALSO PATHETIC AND MOREOVER CALL CENTRE EVERY TIME ASSURE YOU TO ESCALATE OF ISSUE BUT THE ISSUE ESCALATE DOWNWARDS. I WOULD SUGGEST GO FOR LOCAL BRANDS AS THIS IS PATHETIC EXPERIENCE FOR GAS GEYSERS SINCE THIS HAVELLS PRODUCT NOT EVEN LAST 3 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

Havell geyeser leakage

Mr. Shiv of Una Distt. Himachal Pardes of Havells plumber has attended my complaint of less hot watercomining after many calls. But leakage from hot side stated after Mr. Shiv left and we filled in the water. Again I call mr. Shiv to attend. He promised to come What never came and not taking my calls.

Faulty Geyser and worst service ever

WORST Company EVER. We were sold a faulty piece that was never tested. It was installed in April end and when we used it last month (as winters just arrived) it did not work as it is broken. We registered the complain two weeks ago and a technician showed up stating that the piece is faulty and need replacement. He promised to come back to resolve the issue. He never showed up and we found out that our case was closed as resolved. We had to reopen the complain and another technician was sent (a different one this time). He stated the same story and said the geyser is faulty and need serious repairs. We were like its a new purchase and never been used and needs serious repairs/replacement. The second technician never showed up either after promising to resolve the issue. I had to call third time on the toll free number. The CS agent suggested that a senior engineer has been assigned on our case on priority and will replace the geyser asap. Its been 2 days and nothing has been done. I called back this morning and if nothing is done by EOD today I will take this case to consumer court.
I seriously recommend not to buy any products from Havell. This is a clear case of cheating and the company customer service does nothing but fake promises.

Havells Gas geyser

I am also expirencing defect in the product and I have complaint the customer care 4 times but no technician is arrived. It's since nearly 20 days that I had registered complaint.
Some technician is asking for the 4 digit code without repairing and visiting at home. And customer service people is also giving false promises. This is the case of cheating.
This is the worst service ever.

Worst customer care

Hi,

I have worst experience with Havells customer care. They don't bother for post sales service. I am going to consumer court for not providing the service.
I called customer care 25-30 times but no response. I posted all call recording with customer care on social media also to expose there customer service.
