i dnt knw literally from where to start.. but i spend 33000 on llyod ac in may 2020 n it got repaired 3 4 times.. till now... 6 months b ni hue hai .. please let me if product hi kharab h boht mushkl se koi middle class apni savings se invest krta or fr esa result milna is not good.. may i know where should I file my complaint

Sir, I bought a new ceiling fan and i was also given guarantee card for the same. But when i went for its replacement due to due to some king of problems with the fan, the shopkeeper got it repaired without replacing it. So, I don't understand the reason why I was given guarantee card and what it actually means by that card.

Worst service is given by havels they do not service the appliances they promised warranty for. I made a big mistake purchasing a havells product and swear to god i would not repeat the same mistake ever.

I had regretfully purchased Havell's fan - remote controlled , 3 number . From the date of purchase the remote controlled fans do not work .
One lodges the complaint - no commitment from the call center when the call will be addressed . The standard note is within 24 to 48 hours some one will call .The call if at comes from an outsourced service provider the complaint details would have to be again given . Then the first thing which will be asked is when was it purchased , provide the bill copy . Poor quality technicians come and do not solve the problem and leave the premises saying someone else would come .

Really tiered of the poor quality service . i would urge folks not to fall in a trap of sleek advertisements etc of Havells .

Ceiling fan problem

Service provided by Havells is very poor. I purchased 3 ceiling fans in Feb 2020. One of these started giving problems. On my complaint a technician visited my house but was not able to resolve the issue. He wasted my 3 hours. Now again I complaint 3 times in respose to which every time they told me that a reminder has been sent but no one turned up till now. My complaint is still pending. Very pathetic condition.
In future I am not going to purchase any Havells product.

I hve experienced the same problem. The engineer came once and said he will replace the motor. He never came back. Have complained twice after that. But no call from anyone. And nobody is bothered about the complain. My remote fan is not working from last 25 days.

Its a humble reuest you exit the fan market because your exhaust fans are of cheap quality stuck with your brand. I have been calling the customer care everyday for past one month to get it repaired under the warranty, but you guys not bothered to resolve and waiting for expiry of warranty period. All that you are saying is sheer bitter lie. Please refund my money else i would initiate a proceeding for supplying defective goods, under privisins of consumer protection act. You better replace my product else be ready to cough up legal expense for the case.

One fan bearing serial no. 02FL65102880 Model Swing Platina sweep 400mm the coil burnt out all of a sudden. Request initiate replacement as the same is under guarantee and let us know from whom the exchange can be effected.
