I have bought a Haier FULL HD TV 1080p 126cm (55inch) from Kannur ,Kerala on September 2017 and it got an issue with the display board on August 2019. Since the Haire company couldn't fix it they replaced it with a new one but without warranty . Recently on October 2021 again the same complaint (display is not working) .Within 4year two haier TV got the same complaint. The quality of Haier TV is poor and is waste of money.So I request every other customers not to opt any haier TV and other haier appliances.

1 sometimes only remote working .so remote fault .I have purchased another remote same fault haier service engineer came my home remote batteries problem
Remote problem not a remote problem .I think tv internal remote receiver some loose connection
2. Bluetooth not paring

I had bought IE28m600 model hair LED TV in 2013 on 070920 while viewing becomes blue screen and pictures not showing I complaint in customer Care dialy one name of service engineer was given by them but no one come to attend complaint when I remember customer care for my complaint after sometime one phone I received and he was saying that due to my remember he was penalised with 500 RS then he also said that my TV is not curable by company due to it's panel is defective and it is only be repaired in Delhi at Private shop if this type of version saying engineer is going on with haier company then how you expect Customer to buy your company TV very bad experience about after sale service

Hi. Haier service is very poor. Please make a note non of his service offical keepup the commitment. Iam trying to take up my issue in public domain about the service which the have committed to customer..

Hii, I have purchased haier smart tv few months back. I found difficulty in operating few applications in it.
I couldn't open Netflix application. It shows unable to open. And if we go to help center options, I'm not able to select any of the options given there. And I also facing the same kinda issues while opening YouTube as well.
Pls kindly get me a proper response from your side and doing the needful service is highly appreciated.

Sir my led tv led32b9000 ucb connect problem

Purchased LED on 20th June 2017, As we removed Sticker from the TOP, there was a black spot and that time we requested to replace the set but dealer told that dust can be removed from service center, with continuous follow-up it has removed on June /July 2019, now screen has become black and there is no picture display now. Engg. of service center estimated repairing charges INR 6000/-. Now again told him to replace it, he told that warranty period is over. A reputed company whose LED are becoming repairable in a span of 2/3 years only.

How long they may keep market in such a poor performance. Now we are very much disappointed with response time and never recommend to go with this Company.

I launched a complaint about my hair led 5v not working on 26 october.....I got this complain no. DH20191026106411...But after saying so many time engineer not reporting....He is calling everyday but not coming .....Pathetic service...
