Third Class company i have ever seen
I have purchased Geyser on 19th October 2025. Till 10days there were No installation work was done. They give free installation which is worth 100rs. Technician comes without Drill machine as Haier Geyser hang in Air not on wall. He came twice without Drill machine & say you do the Hool in wall which is his work & says we have only 1 Drill machine in mumbai. As I asked company don't have money to purchase, he says yes company don't have power to purchase. Worst company I have ever face.

I have purchased a HAIER HRB-4053PKG-P 355 Litre Refrigerator from Reliance Digital Store located at Kharagpur on 01.10.2024.On 16.07.25, I raised a complaint of accumulation of water inside the Refrigerator to reliance Digital Service(RESQ).The Service Request ID 3445459.The Refrigerator is under brand warranty.Reliance digital could not resolve the issue till now.I have escalated the issue to the highest possible level but of no use.The entire Reliance Digital Team is useless and worthless. Then I contacted Haeir as the product is under brand warranty.Now they are saying, I have to pay money for service.
What kind of cheating is this ??? Their partner Reliance Digital has proved to be WORTHLESS.
In that case, they should rectify the issue as OEM. But they are asking money.
Shame on their product and their cheating.

Third class service not qualified technician
we had registered complain for our fridge for not working display and cooling issue, here their contract base technician came to our house without having knowledge to open without having multimeter to check the component and directly state that your PCB need to replaced and demanding service charge
its very rubeshed and using third class language from private call center and forcing us to pay service charge without any proper work
we are requesting to all the readers pls don't buy Haier product
Haier fridge Replacement
We have purchased a Haier fridge SBS 630 liters HRS-682 KS-REFHA1128 on 26-12-2024 at Pai international electronics LTD showroom , Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam
This fridge was not working after 01 month . Already 03 times service engineers come & repair the new fridge. But no use. At present also fridge is not working.
So please replace this fridge or return our amount

Company product is not genuine. ये कम्पनी सभी का पैसा लेकर भाग सकती है कृप्या इसका product न लेने की वादा करे तभी ले very poor Quality कयाकि हमे falty IED TV देका अब Replaced नही कर रहे है

This is the worst quality product that I’ve ever received. I will suggest my friends and family not to buy any Haier product. I have more than 20 groups on WhatsApp and I will advertise your product as the worst product. Our money is wasted. Trying to file a case in consumer forum.

I also faced same issue. Techinician given me reason of not having serial number. so we can not repair it. And make wrong connection in realy. Mention fake comments in customer report that customer is not ready for payment. Collected back customer copy of payment. On contacting not receiving calls.This happen in Pimpri chinchwad area of Pune.

Horrible Product and Service
Refrigerator stopped working from 3rd day. Bottom mount. Not entirely but the freezer. Raised one complaint immediately and that got closed automatically after a week. No one knows how and haier is also not bothered. SR closed without even a call. Second SR raised through WhatsApp, technician called visited and identified problem but unable to rectify and said another technician will come and closed the SR. No one turns up or calls. Raised another SR as I found the second one is also closed without resolution. This is July now and I am seriously considering consumer court option. Raised one more SR today and got a message technician will call in 2 hours. No call so far it's 5 hours...called up the call centre and they tried to evade call saying clarity issue, language barrier - English ( :) seriously for Haier call centre)....issue remains unresolved since purchase after 2+ months and not even a proper response from Haier.... seriously don't buy...either the product should be too good that it needs no service or service should be so good that people are not affected much.....IN THIS CASE ITS NEITHER. Save yourselves folks because Haier is not here to help.

Fridge not working since starting
I purchased a new refrigerator in June 2023 online but it is having cooling issues since starting demo. I logged a call several times since then but the issue still persist and service is delayed. The call id is LU202402070xxxxx dated 7 feb 24 but still not attend. I have been asking the company to provide replacement since starting but they are fooling me. Now if the issue is not attended I'll approach consumer forum for this
Fridge warrenty not provided. DEMO IS NOT PROPER
Dear Haier,
Demo staff said that warrenty will be provided once i give him satisfaction code. I gave him code and he is niw denying warrenty. This is treachery. Spoke to him and his manager also. Both are asking to speak to CS and get whatever i want but they will not take any responsibility. I have the call recorded.

Multiple problems in new refrigerator.
I facing multiple problems in a recently purchased new refrigerator. There is not forming ice in the ice box. Water vapors spread inside the refrigerator and spoil all of stuff inside it.
5 days already have gone so far after register complaint but still awaited for solution.
