I had gocash of 44,748 refunded as gocash from aeroflot flight cancellation…refund was received on 21st may 2020…I redeemed that amount in my account on 13dec2023…the notification said that the amount will be refunded in 7 working days but yet it has not been refunded to my account…
It was an return ticket of aeroflot flight from orenburg-moscow-delhi-moscow-orenburg dated on 15june2020

I booked 2tickets tirupattur to kancheepuram bypass and my bus timing is 4.15am am awaiting from 3.50am onwards and upto 5oclock am waiting and i make call to bus operators but they not attend,after 5.30 i get started my journey with other bus.its very worst experience in my life time.

I have booked one Executive room aircondition in Periyar Nest Resort from the 4th of May to the 6th of May, 2023. Intially when I booked, I made a mistake of adding 3 grown people instead of 2 grown people and 1 child of 8 years old. When I made the change, it downgraded my room to Deluxe non A/C room and promising to refund RS.2062. I do not care about the money. I want to stay in the executive room with the A/C. Its just imposible to make this change. This will be last time I will ever use Goibibo. I am so fedup. They do not have proper customer service agents to talk to.

The above said Flight cancelled due to bad weather. In Airport representatives of Flybig assured refunds automatically.
No refunds transferred to the concern account.
We contacted Flybig. Flybig informed us that they have already refunded the amount to Goibio. Not yet received in account.
Flybig asked us to contact Goibio for a refund.
Please check and take all necessary steps to refund the amount at the earliest.

i could not web check in as the airlines side explained that the seat booking charges not received from GoIbibo .
Hence i had to pay again for the seat selection. The GoIbibo call centre also could not help in resolving the issue but only advised that they would refund the

Dear sir I was booked flight indigo airlines by goibibo agent through pnr no MM6CJQ as on 23 /05/20 this ticket cancelled due to covid 19.I was talked to indigo airlines but indigo airlines say that this pnr refunded to goibibo agent but not refunded rupees . p
