Smart Watch Fireboltt ProMax Not charging and Battery issue

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I have had with Fire-Boltt regarding a defective product that is still under warranty.
Despite raising a service request, the ticket (553559) was closed without any proper intimation, update, or resolution. I was also asked to ship the defective product back at my own expense, even though the product is within the warranty period. Seller is in sector 67 Noida but still company is not bothered to discuss, call or schedule pick up of the defective product and look for providing any resolution towards it.

This is highly disappointing and unacceptable, particularly for a customer who has purchased a product expecting proper after-sales support. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for basic communication or bear additional costs for resolving a genuine warranty-related issue. I have been following for this from last 1 month now and i am not getting any resolution for getting product picked up.
