Irresponsible attitude
രക്ഷാധികാരികൾ അറിയുവാൻ,
അത്യാവശ്യത്തിന് വിളിച്ചാൽ പോലും ആരും കോൾ എടുക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്തിനാണ് ഈ സർവീസ്. ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രി ഇടപെടണം എന്ന് സവിനയം കേരളത്തിൻ്റെ പൗരൻ.

Poor Service and Irresponsible Station master
When ever I call up KSRTC station for the availability of Bus's no one pics the phone or either full time it's engaged....such a pathetic service... This has to be brought in to the notice of Transportation Minister IAM also drafting a copy of this to the transportation Minister. Let him make a try calling to this no then he will know the situation..
Trip to pathanamthitta
The pathanamthitta bus service from ernakulam is very bad. Especially the super fast bus coming in the evening is very slow and stops everywhere.

Sir I would like to know fortcochi - nedumbassery airport bus timing. I am trying to call ksrtc Ekm stand and station master since this morning. Bell is ringing but nobody taking the phone.then why you put this numbers in net. Is it customer service or what give a reply please
KSRTC inquiry complaint
Noone wants to do their job properly. No one is picking the phone. I Am not sure why this inquiry number has been provided? This is the reason why KSRTC business is going down, they don't care what people thinks.
regret with station and master and enquiry derparment
very bad response from ksrtc enquiry and station.. if a passenger who want to know bus time time from eranakulam bus station, if we call given no ...nobody picks up and say the information ....why should keep the no and phone .....we tried to contact all the phone no..station master no..mobile.. enquiry no ...nobody picks up from 12.....1.30...bell ringing nobody. very good service by ksrtc department....we passenger didnt call to chat with personaly....its for information.....very very bad reSponses.. thats why we always depend on private bus service.. they care passengers until passenger get in and get down.....WE really feel bad about Krstc enquiry department .....
Shortage of buses to muvattupuzha from ernakulam
Dear concerned,
Kindly increase the bus service from ernakulam to muvattupuzha in the morning i.e from 7 am to 8 am. Daily office commuters are suffering a lot because of the same. There are no private buses also in the route and we have to depend on only ksrtc.
Considering the difficulty of office commuters who need to reach office on time, please consider the same.
