I am extremely disappointed with the way your company has handled my courier. Please find attached the feedback I have already posted on one site, and I will be posting the same feedback on other platforms as well.

You claim that I was unresponsive, but the truth is **no one ever contacted me on WhatsApp, no one called me properly, and no one even reached my office.** Yet you wrote in your records that I was not responding. This is nothing but cheating your customers with false updates.

I am sharing this so that you understand how badly you are serving your customers. Such unprofessionalism and dishonesty are unacceptable for a courier service.

My package was booked from assam sent to Anchepalya Bengaluru the delivery date was 10 th june 2025 but not delivered till date of 21 st june 2025 . I am getting notifications that out for delivery but their is no call from any executives and at it gets a notification that executive is unable to reach but today means 21 june 2025 I got an notification that package is out for delivery I called to executive 3 times from morning he speaked to me and I confirmed the address also he told that he deliver the package today at the same notification executive is unable to reach. This courier service don't have an any service center and also no reply from any other ivr services over all its a bullshitting company

This is regarding an order from Amazon being delivered by Delhivery courier service in Bangalore, actually I ordered a package containing flo-matress from Amazon and it was sent through Delhivery bearing tracking ID: 13371575927xxx. Named Devika Radhakrishnan, The app notifies that it had delivered the package but we haven't received any. Yesterday they attempted the delivery but the given phone number was wrong so I asked amazon to update the phone number and send it as delivery instructions to the delivery agent. But haven't recieved any. The number has been updated through Amazon

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

My package has not been delivered yet. The delivery agent is falsely reporting that the address is wrong or customer moved or customer requested delivery re-schedule. None of this is true. Everyday the delivery status shows ‘out for delivery’ but no package has arrived yet. Delhivery has given bad service for the first time. False updates shown on the app everyday and finally the pkg is returned to the seller saying customer not available! Delhivery has the worst customer service. Everything running on automated voice! No real person to address customer concerns! At this rate the company will be doomed soon!

My US bound shipment is stuck for Delhi for five days and I cannot even contact any customer service. This is the worst ever logistic company.

Very very bad service provide this app very worst I m facing day by day delay in my package about 15 days I was using this app first time very bad experience

If you want to experience the WORST courier service, then you use these most UNPROFESSIONAL Delhivery. Out of few boxes, they forgot one box to deliver.

Now, as of today, which is almost 1 week since I have been following up with these guys, nothing has happened. First the manager of their Bangalore branch does not answer the phone and when he answers, he is very rude and since 5 days keeps telling that it is already out for delivery and cuts the phone abruptly. Their customer service center is the same story since 5 days, that it will be delivered today.

Their service executive is not delivering my parcel he just comes stays for a while in society compound and goes away and then he keeps rescheduling the delivery,
delivery executive is very rude and never reaches out to my home for delivery
i live at 4th floor of A block of my society and the main gate is so far from us
delivery person just calls me that too whenever he wants to do so without considering i would be busy that time or not
and most of the time i am not at home so he just simply goes back without delivering the parcel or without even knocking at my home even once

Have not seen a bad service like this. I paid for express delivery and the parcel has still not reached in 10 days. This was an urgent shipment and this is causing me enough agony and trauma. They should be taken to court and the company should shut down

Delhivery Courier has such a poor service that don't ask, it makes the customer the only chutiya. They are not able to get orders delivered in 15 days saying 5 days and other services like Blue Dart they deliver orders before them. To take the order, they send it very quickly, does the grandmother die while delivering. I will also tell other people that instead of Delhivery, if you suck any other courier service then it will be better than this lousy. And the one who is the owner of this Delhivery has no idea what is going on in his company as if he has left everything by making this. It does not matter to him as if he has donated this company to the public for free. Hey brother, if you are not able to get the work done, then stop it, do not loot money from the public.

My consignment has not been delivered even after 4days of expected delivery date, i am still waiting . Their delivery boys fake about unavailability of receiver. Receiver has to visit their office to collect his parcel. They donot even share the contact no. Of delievery boy. And also they dont have any phone no. For complaint and enquiry.

Oh my goodness what a harassment..daily receiving messages that ur shipment will be delivered today from past 15 days but no one is coming or calling me on my no for my order..when I tracked my order it showed that consignee refused to take order and it's going back it was very important package because it contains medicines ...but on their own they wrote that I cancelled my delivery ..I mean what is this and since now I am daily receiving messages that my order is coming today.. totally priceless pathetic courier service

VERY WORST COURIER SERVICE I NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE

I received a missed call from delivery person. That is typically it was a missed call, it didn't ring at all. He disconnected the call before it rang but it is listed in the missed call item.

Then I have received a SMS saying that "missed you - attempted delivery"

Immediately I dialled the number and spoke to him and asked why are doing this? And he asked me to come to the main road to collect the courier because of the rain. I agreed and waited for more than 2 hrs. he committed. But he hasn't turned up and no response for my calls.

Also no response for the number given in the web and call received from them.
