Oh my goodness what a harassment..daily receiving messages that ur shipment will be delivered today from past 15 days but no one is coming or calling me on my no for my order..when I tracked my order it showed that consignee refused to take order and it's going back it was very important package because it contains medicines ...but on their own they wrote that I cancelled my delivery ..I mean what is this and since now I am daily receiving messages that my order is coming today.. totally priceless pathetic courier service

Poor Services and No way to connect

I placed an order from ckartististic on 3rd dec and it was dispatched by 5th and expected date of delivery was 10th dec but till 12th it has not yet reached and site dekhi very site now shows one more day delay. As I need it urgently to gift someone and can’t even connect as all their numbers are unavailable. Poorest services. Poorest reach to customers and their grievances.

Unsatisfied

These guys will never call you but will update as customer not reachable or denied the parcel, why will we deny it when we have paid for the parcel. They want us to come and pick the parcel by ourselves from there offices. Even to register a complaint they don't have any serviceable contact numbers.
Mine any parcels which come through delhivery will never be delivered by them. Worst company ever

same for me, it was showing in warehouse for 2 to 3 days and then showing delivery return in progress. No response in ticket, calls getting disconnected. Horrible experience not at all recommended. DHL, Fedex, Blue Dart far better. Delhivery is a fake unicorn in India good for nothing. Scam.

Worst delivery company.
product dispatch on 25/9/2021 for delivery at NaIHATI, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Bandel, Hooghly, West Bengal. But that product is not delivery till date.
Delivery boy reached at Naihati then back to Dankuni.
So, it is worst company.

Delayed courier service

I ordered July 25 from that day onwards it is showing intransit and destination depot but not reaching to my hand. All customers care numbers not working.one parcel delivery time takes around 15days .they are not responding such services I didn't see.

Poor service day by day

Hi Delhivery Team,

Unfortunately, I have to say that the services from your side are getting poor day by day of yours.

Neither we got any reply on mail nor we got any call from your side after so many requests also have asked about so many times about the particular orders still didn't get any reply from your side, I must say this is really not acceptable.

Order is not picked up sometimes and we are not getting informed about the same. And some orders are in transit from the last 12 days, at least inform us about it or drop a message or email about the same.

Services are far better before but now we have to fight with our clients every day due to nondelivery of the parcels.

Kindly assigned one concern person for us so that for any issue we can talk to him personally.

I hope you will understand our concern.
