Sir I regretly say that the service provided by your bank is very poor and most of the customers having the same problem and the branches you operating in some of the localities are not working in proper ways their banking staffs are not try to perform their duties in a well manner.so it will be negatively impact on your growth of business sector, so kindly please pay attention regarding my issue asa soon as possible

Deduct balance

Dear sir,
I have a small shop and I connect with airtel payment bank.In every tranjection on AEPS customar account is charged Rs 20. Why?
India’s largest bank SBI they couldn’t charged Rs 20 in AEPS.but your bank charged.why?
Can you please elabotate this.

Regarding Transaction issue and deduct false balance

Dear Sir,
With due respect, I ,, would like to inform you that , I used my UBI Mobile Banking App to recharge my Airtel Mobile with Rs 199 on the 7th November, 2019. Though (Payment ID ORI1xxxxx28 , Ref ID xxxxxxxx9458 ) the transaction was not been successful , but Rs 199 was deducted from my Account . I submitted my complain (Complain ID : REFxxxxxxx469 ) regarding this oversaid issue on 11th November , 2019 in the United Bank of India Complain cell, and they told me to wait for 7 Working days to resolve the issue, but till I got no any solution .
So, it is my humble submission to your kind end, please provide me a solution as soon as possible and oblige thereby.

my complaint kotak mahindra bank atm Delhi naraina branch atm id DELBN994 Withdrawn 10000/but 9000 received time 13.55 ,
customer care number not pick the phone .please share the complaint number .

United bank of india bad customer care

Unlike other banks the united bank have a very bad customer service.I can never call through the customer care.ATM problem cannot be solved online or through customer care.Customer are closing their account because of bad customer care and bad online facillities.Please improvise.
