I have booked 5 tickets on 3rd December from nezamabad to visakhapatnam amount 2340rs for some reason I have cancelled the tickets. Amount deducted was 690rs how can you cancel that much amount I have cancelled the tickets within 12hrs how can you deduct that much amount is that fare. How can we use your app again if this was happening how can we believe you I want my money return back.

I have requested for refund amount of Rs 4939 which was stuck up in the wallet on 17th Oct 2019.
it was displayed that the amount will be refunded by 26th Oct 2019.
