Rude and mis behavior of lady conductor in 20A route bus
The lady staff in the buses of CTU from kharar to chandigarh through sohana have very rude behaviour. They don't even talk to people nicely. They gave me a change of 20 rupees where the note is tear . I talk to her that plz change the note they start misbehaving in a loud noice and through the notes . Very rude the lady she is.
Irresponsible Driver
I have been travelling by CTU for quite some time for my office, and what the problem is that the driver doesn't stop on Bus halt/bus stop whenever one 1 or two people are their. They ignore us totally even after giving a whole hand signal.
Refund
Booking of ticket done on 17th March where my money was deducted and ticket wasnt confirmed. I sent mail also, till date the refund has not been provided. I tried to contact bank also but they said to contact you. Please help me out with same.
Non supportive driver
Hello ...
I was traveling yesterday from Chandigarh to Delhi on bus No CH01 GA1472.
I was supposed to get down on Karnal Bypass. I approached the bus driver once I reached near my destination, but the driver denied to stop the bus. The reason he gave was not acceptable. He told that he will not let me down because he will have to get my luggage down as well.
The bus authority need to understand and make their staff understand that they are not doing any favour by providing service to the public. Specially during night time it is there responsibility to drop passengers as per their convenience.
Very rude behavior from the driver and it shows total incompetency of the governing authority.
Pls have a look into the matter and pls train your driver...

Its been an wonderful experience in travelling with new ctu buses. i took bus from gohana to chandigarh on 29th july 2019 , journey was comfortable and pleasant . BUS staff too was humble and polite . Fare was also quite economical . In short it was complete " Paisa Vasool Journey".

bus missing from route
dear sir, talwara to chandigarh 2 bus route morning from talwara at 5.15, and 2nd 5:35. but from some days these are not come to this route. some people are suffer to chandigarh now thy are not reached on time for hospitals and duties. please give the reasons why not come this buses on regular days. how much days for the regular of this route.
BUS TIMING ISSUE
Sub:- Bus Timing issue
This is the request to you, Please move your buses on correct, don't change the time on day by day. all most at the peak time (8am-10am) when people goes to their school’s ,colleges ,office work places and when people come back (6pm-8pm) ,at that time there are so many people for traveling and there are lack of buses . Thus is happening in Route no 242 and 216. 242 bus is used in industrial area 8-B to 43 bus stand and, 216 bus is used to 43 bus stand to Derabassi. I request you please do something for it people are more and buses are not service.
We request you to please change the timings as we and other people who arrived on the same bus will not suffer. We all know busses are for public convenience but we all are suffering due to change in timings. we didn't get bus easily. We all request you to please change the timings of busses especially 242 and 216. This request is on behalf of others peoples too who discussed with us and travel with us.

Bus doesn't stopped on stop
Today dated15.3.19, 30b bus number(sector 4 to 43) didn't stop stopped on bus stop at 11/4 stoppage. I was a appointment at hospital so i got lated, i also requested to stop bus by band sign, but driver and conducter both ignored me.
I want action against such a disappointed and out of rule service of CTU.
