Hello. I am writing to ask for some special help. We just learned that Hong Kong will quarantine all arrivals after 19 March and despite a lot of effort we have been unable to book an earlier flight into Hong Kong to avoid this quarantine. We have special circumstances that we hope you can help us with. We have 2 special needs children. One came with us to travel in India, and the other stayed in India because he cannot travel well. If we have to home quarantine for 14 days we will not be able to see our son for 14 days. In addition to his special needs he also has mental health problems that make him unstable. He requires a lot of physical and emotional attention. He lives in a dormitory to provide him with extra help. If quarantined we would be unable to see him.
Because of this we require an immediate return to Hong Kong before the quarantine goes into effect. Barring this we hope you will support special request arrangements from the government in lieu of the quarantine and it would be very helpful to have a letter from you showing that all available flights to Hong Kong prior to March 19 were completely full and that we could not have traveled back to Hong Kong with such short notice. I booked to and fro tickets for myself and my wife in Cathay Pacific from Bangalore to San Francisco with booking reference W4BKLP.
The journey consists of two onward flights and two return flights as under:
Flight No. KA0153 from Bangalore to Hong Kong, then flight No. CX0870 from Hong Kong to San Francisco
Flight No. CX0879 from San Francisco to Hong Kong, then flight No. KA0154 from Hong Kong to Bangalore
After booking the tickets, I entered the travel document details. I have Indian passport and US visa. I entered the passport details for all four flights. Coming to the matter of entering VISA details, for which all flights VISA details should be entered? Is it required for all four flights or only for the two onward journey flights or only for the flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco?
