what is timing of Bsnl customer care office, i m facing a problem, i have a recharge coupon and i m unable to recharge because of bad customer care facility????????????

DEDUCTING AMOUNT AND UNWANTED MESSAGE

I have BSNL En Anbadan SIM card 9489344780 which is deducting much amount and also sending unwanted messages without opting. Much amount has been deducting since long for without opting the facilities and sending unwanted messages to my mobile. I don't want this facilities and i want to use the mobile only for dialing and receiving the calls only. Please stop deducting the amount in future.

activation of sim card which is failed

this is lifetime card. but unfortunaly sim card registrationis failed because recharge time is passed

I am using BSNL Prepaid service with no.9497591830. this is liftime card. but unfortunately simcard registration failed because recharge time is passed.sometime, the message displayed the card is locked.

Internet not getting connected..

i really don't understand why call centre people dont pick the phone..and if the pick they will not solve the problem i m fed up of using BSNL my 3G WHICH I USE FOR INTERNET.. i charge every month but they stop the service from there end.. n if i ask them they ll tell change the setting.. i m going to stop using BSNL....

Getting charged for STD calls even though recharged with 501

Dear Madam/Sir,

My name is Swapna and Iam from Warangal.Iam using bsnl mobile and my mobile number is 8500310383(Nestham plan),
and every month iam recharging my mobile with Rs.501
for which iam getting free to all bsnl local and STD.Now my problem is iam getting charged for making calls to STD bsnl mobile.
I recharged my mobile with 501 on 25th of last month.
From 29th onwards iam getting charged. I made a call to customer care for many times but the executives are not responding well.
For two days they said that there is a problem in network
and now they are saying that the number to which iam getting charged is not a BSNL number,
the no is 09013894234(MTNL, My husband number).This is an Delhi number,There is no BSNL there, so MTNL taking the network
on behalf of BSNL.For the same number I am not charged for 4 months when I recharged with 501.
If that number is not BSNL then I have to charged for those 4 mnths,then how can those people say that
it is not an BSNL.My complaint tkt# is 'I01AP299421'.For your information the executives are just disconnected the call twice while speaking
and twice they said that we are connecting to our superior and they just disconnected the call.This is how you are providing the services.Plz understand my
position and do the needfull.I think you will take the necessary action.

I have registered the number for do not disturb service and on June 20 2011 I received my unique id for DND request 2006111250250. But sorry to inform you that till now I am getting promotional messages from Bsnl.

BSNL Landline disturb from 2 years

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that we have telephone number 01473 – 265038 in Barisadri Dist. Chittorgarh(RAJ). From last two years this number not works properly. It have heavy noise, no ring on incoming and no caller ID facility, when we do many complains in local BSNL office then he work on it and after two-three day same happen as past.

In barisadri 40% & above BSNL LL have disturbance but no one wants to find fault.

Sorry to say that Today’s where every person have mobile phone BSNL Landline not work in barisadri because some people not want to take any incentives so Kindly requested to you please take any action so people have BSNL connection with good services.

Hi this is Shalini i live in RTPP(PRODDUTUR).I am using bb combo plan 600 so i want to check my broad band usage details but selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in is not at all responding please rectify this problem immediately.

complaint against call center persons

I had called Bsnl call center from my phone 9449598300 at 5.50pm and asked about the micro sim but that person who had told I will transfer the call to senior and put the music and no answer fro 10min(can be cross verified by call logs records)
I had again contacted at 6pm asked to lodge complaint against that person as the new person told me that he left to house by keeping my phone on hold
This person not ready to take complaint and give the complaint number to me.he told me that he will transfer to seniors
But I had waited 21min no reply
I personally request you to take this as complaint and take action about such useless people who are disgrading the bsnl services

FOR ALL

If you want to know the services which are activated on a mobile and the deactivation codes for the services which are activated, then dial *456*00# from the mobile and press call button.

· Then you will receive activated service name with deactivation code.

· While deactivating, after dialing the deactivation code for example *456*12# for cricket. A confirmation will be asked, for which "1" should be given as reply and the call button should be pressed.

· You will be getting the message:

· "You request for BSNL express alerts - Cricket has been received. It will be deactivated shortly", confirming your deactivation.

· Note that the reply "1" should be given within 30 seconds.

· If no service is activated on your mobile and still you are dialling *456*00# then you will be getting message:

· "No service active Please dial *456*01# to subscribe BSNL Express Alerts Combo Pack Rs.50/month"

· Please inform this to all our subscribers to deactivate themselves as deactivation is free and they can try any number of times.
