Network issue

Hello sir my name is Jeyabalamurugan and my BSNL prepaid number is 88700xxxxx I have been using this number for over 10 years Until last year I have been using the BSNL network without any problem but I am having a great deal of trouble after turning my 3G SIM card into a 4G SIM card I was very depressed and ported to switch to an alternative network from the BSNL network but my number was in the police plan and the other network could not be switched to another network It is locked all the time I am now unable to switch to a different company It is very stressful that I am very depressed In addition the BSNL network is not available in my area all day and this day is unable to make any call and answering to any call please find an immediate solution to this problem and the Vilathikulam BSNL office which is not open to the service without doing their work by not opening the customer service center I urge you to take appropriate action against responsible officers thank you

Mobile issues.

For the past few months, whenever I make calls the dialling is going on for nearly 30 seconds and then calling is coming. I have to wait for a long time. And my relatives and friends are telling me your number is always out of reach. Kindly address my grievance immediately and make me a happy customer are otherwise I have to take other decisions.

I have recharged my BSNL prepaid sim on 23rd April 2023by 107rs plan
But after this recharge too even i do not only get any call sms but also i can not call to anyone.
Please resolve this problem and suggestreactive process

Signal,SMS not working

Worst service ,I made a mistake to port my official number from airtel to BSNL few months ago.No signal alltime even not receving any sms .Even I try to send PORT message which is not sending.Cusomer care is worthless like they are the boss no help from their side.Just get rid of BSNL just provide me port number.

Converting Three G to FourG mobile service

For converting my BSNL sim card 3G to 4G, I went to office of Telecom today at Aurangabad (Maharashtra). The concerned clerk asked me to fill the form and asked the xerox copy of Adhar card. For xerox, I would have been to go outside of the office and to search the xerox centre. I asked the clerk, that I have Adhar card and other identity proofs with me, you can check it. But he refused and insisted for xerox copy. In this digital era Govt intends to go for paperless work and BSNL is asking papers for converting sim 3G to 4G. In fact I wanted to charge BSNL for annual plan and intend to skip Jio plan this time. Unfortunately, the process of BSNL is not consumer friendly and disgusting. Anyway, I dropped my idea of BSNL annual plan, though I am a customer of BSNL since 17 years. Kindly change the attitude and typical red ribbon process of BSNL, otherwise day will not be far that BSNL will have to be handed over to Private service provider. Govt loses image due to such small things. No doubt I will continue my BSNL number future too but with minimum balance only. Please for God sake save BSNL. Improve your process, which must be user friendly. You can learn from Jio or Airtel.
