I/We hereby agree to accept above telex and I/We agree to by the provision in the Indian
Telegraph Rules, 1961.
I/We undertake that I/We shall not ask for transfer of the telex to another person for three years
from the date of transfer to my/our name.
I/We further undertake complete responsibility for making payment of all outstanding dues
including any pending dues pertaining to periods prior to the date of transfer of this telex and a
sum of Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) towards transfer fee.
