Regarding network

As u hyped yourself as a best 4g network provider in india, being at lucknow the capital of a state here I find just nothing on your network neither 4g nor 3g.i m not the only one who is suffering form this there r many more like me...plz do some need full otherwise we all don't have options to switch on any other network.

Airtel is very worst. its a very poor connection. If I want to need important any information share with my friends that time did not get. so its irritating. Lots of time I have to compliant but don't take any action. better You have to stop your company.

Deeply Disappointed By The Customer Care Unresponsive Attitude

Hi Guys,

I need quick help from your end on an urgent matter. I paid my airtel 4G dongle postpaid bill for feb on time. Although i am still receiving reminder calls for non-payment of dues. With an added bill for March month where in you guys have disconnected my services for the entire time. To add to that i already submitted payment proof and have written email confirmation from your side that the bill payment was received on time. Services are still disconnected, maybe as a penalty for timely payments, bill proof submission. As a bonus you offered me unending reminders call, rude customer care executives who think that airtel payment should on be made through 'AIRTEL' site and maybe they cant handle other payment platform. Pooh!! Seriously...

My services are still disconnected even though more then 2 Customer care executives have reassured me to resume my services immediately. If this approach continues, I will not hesitate to move to consumer court.

I have 4G wifi router with 4G Sim having number XXXXXXX486. From last 2 days i am getting speed less than 1 mbps (0.8 mbps). This is not expected speed of 4G router. Please do the needful ASAP.

I have 4G wifi router number ********** since couple of years. But from last month i am getting speed around 1 mbps. This is not expected speed of 4G router. Kindly do the needful or let me know the process to close this service. Your customer care number also gets busy and have to wait for more than 10 mins.

Airtel 4G LTE-Getting a download speed of less than 1MBPS.

My son in law (Mr. Srinivasu Allappan) has taken a 4G lte wireless internet connection and is paying Rs.4000/-every month for the last few months. His 10 Digit connection No. is 8105 2861 79. Download speed is less than 1 MBPS and upload speed is 6 to 7 MBPS. I made a complaint to 9845012345 on 31-08-2017, complaint No. is 79083063. No response so far. I represented to the same no. on 06-09-2017. Ms. Shwetha Swarup who responded to my call promised that my problem will be solved by 48 hrs but no such remedy is forthcoming from your troubleshooters. Paying such enormous money for a HOME WiFi connection and not getting the desired speed for downloading is outrageous.
Tell us whether the defect can be rectified or we opt for another WiFi service provider.

Request for discontinuation of 4G Number 8585842905‏

Dear Team,

This is in regards to my airtel mobile 8585842905 which is a 4 G connection in my name, Abin Gupta. Recently I have moved to a new location where 4G services are not yet activated and hence for work I have taken up internet lease line.

So, would like to discontinue my 4G no. as it won't be required now. In future if I need it again, I will take it up since I will keep the device with me. Please take this an official statement from my end to discontinue the services with immediate effect. Any pending amount would be paid as & when the bill would be raised as I have already made the last month's payment on the 1st of October.

I paid Rs.730.34 for March 2014 bill for Airtel 4G Lite (no. 8585830456) on 1.4.14 at 13:01 hrs. on-line using my HDFC Credit Card (no.5243681001835092). HDFC has given me a message that the said amount is paid to Bharti Cellur Ltd. but the on-line transaction screen disappeared without giving me the detail of the transaction id.
Please look for the payment and acknowledge me of the same to my email address (rghosh47 [at] yahoo [dot] co [dot] in) with an SMS to my mobile (9831077321). Thanks and regards.
