Lost Baggage

• For any query/complaint regarding lost baggage you can contact the customer support.
• If the lost baggage has been found, kindly contact the airport where it was found with the necessary documents.
• If you are not able to claim your lost property in person, then you can fill the authorization form so that someone else can claim it on your behalf.
• If you are unable to collect the item on site, you can choose a courier to deliver it to you.
• If the item is found and kept by the airport or aviation police station, please contact them directly.
