I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved refund issue regarding an order placed on 27th September 2026. Despite following the exact instructions provided by your customer support representative, my original payment has not been refunded.

Issue Summary:
My original order was stuck in transit and was not delivered. Upon contacting customer support via chat, I was advised to place a new order and was assured that the payment for the original stuck order would be refunded to my source payment method.
It has now exceeded the standard processing timeframe, and the refund amount of ₹591 has still not been credited to my bank account/payment gateway.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the repeated delay in delivery of my orders.

On 19-09-2026, I purchased a Face Wash from Shopsaay/Flipkart. The expected delivery date was 24-09-2026, but the product has not been delivered to me till today. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. Previously, when I ordered Diapers and Self Adhesive Wall Hooks, the products were also not delivered within the promised time frame, even after 10–15 days of the expected date.

I had contacted your customer care team earlier, but no effective instructions seem to have been given to the concerned delivery executive or company. This repeated delay is causing inconvenience, especially when other platforms like Meesho and Amazon deliver products on time.

Additionally, the phone number of the delivery executive provided in the order section is never reachable. It appears that only the delivery executive can contact the customer, while the customer cannot reach them directly. This system is highly inconvenient.

I request you to kindly take immediate action to resolve this issue and instruct the concerned delivery executive to ensure timely delivery of my orders.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to follow up on my email dated 05.09.2026, which was sent to cs [at] flipkart [dot] com, infringement [at] flipkart [dot] com, consumercare [at] thomsontv [dot] in, and support [dot] thomson [at] flipkart [dot] com regarding the defective product supplied to me.

The product was found to be defective at the time of installation by the service engineer. Thereafter, I immediately attempted to initiate a return through the Flipkart app. However, even after completing the required return process, I received the following error message:

“Sorry, we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again after sometime.”

I had already brought this issue to your attention within the applicable return period. However, no proper response or resolution has been provided to me till date.

I would like to reiterate that the product was found defective during installation, and the inability to raise the return request through the app is a technical/system issue that is beyond my control. Therefore, I should not be made to suffer any loss or denied a return/exchange merely because of this technical issue.

As the return window is close to expiry, I request you to treat this matter as extremely urgent and immediately register my return/exchange request from your end, while taking the date of my original complaint/request into consideration.

Please resolve this matter at the earliest and provide a written response without further delay.

I'm flipkart plus gold member, i have placed 4 orders in Aug2026( all under Minutes category & above 300INR). As per filpkart app I'm eligible for flipkart netflix offer. But as per flipkart app i have placed only 3 orders in Aug. When contacted customer service they are unable to provide proper solution. As per them one of my order is not picked by system( which actually reflecting on flipkart app in minutes order agreed by customer service) even that order is in line with T&C to avail netflix offer and they failed to provide reason for system glitch. She bluntly said that "she cannot forward to her senior authority". I'm feeling being cheated by flipkart and not happy at all by its customer service.

Above damaged and broken product received which I same day requested to return and refund, many times the logistics guys come at home to pick the product but refused to pick because of the size of product, due to logistics issue FLIPKART refused to return and refund the damaged product.

A Parona printed women's rounded neck T shirt was ordered and it was said that 3 T-Shirts were mandatory to buy. It cost around 389 overall for 3 TShirts.

Now we asked for a refund as T-Shirts were not upto mark. The amount that was refunded was for only ONE T-SHIRT and the amount refunded was only Rs127.

As per flipkart team they have refunded the amount on 29.06.26 at 13:29 hrs. As the amount was not reflecting in bank we clicked on help option where they gave reference no to check with bank. Personally visited bank but as per them the amount is still not credited nor they are able to check with ref no shared.

I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent order.

I had ordered a pair of earbuds from your platform, but upon receiving and opening the package today, I found that the product inside was completely different. Instead of earbuds, I received a Dettol soap.

This is highly concerning and unacceptable, as it indicates either a packaging error or a potential fraud or scam .

I also talked to the delivery agent and he also said to return the product. I'm sharing the screenshots and image of the product i received.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue immediately and provide a resolution at the earliest. I expect either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund.

The Washington Manual Of Medical Therapeutics, has had pages of 1074 only which is very less from other supplier's supplied book. You did not mention the edition year at all. Just inscripted 35th edition only. Pl. clarify the same. I have yet to book the book after your clirifications. other house's book total pages have been 1438 nos.

I ordered vivo t4 phone on 9th August 2025 and paid a sum of 17826 and delivery date was the very next day but after 3 days pass i didn't receive my phone and when I try to contact Flipkart service they are not giving me right answer, I am anxious about my money, please resolve my issue.
