Order picked has been done but now refund is cancelled

Couldn't contact a human customer care agent to resolve my issue. I received my order and it is damaged but my order status still shows it is undelivered for past 3 days. I spoke with the delivery agent, they said they closed the order after delivering with the status of delivered it seems. I'm not able to raise the return or replacement of the product. To sort this out I'm not able to connect to a human customer agent, when I chat nor request a call back an AI speaks by repeating the same thing it will be delivered soon. It looks like a scam. Several messages and call requests I have made for a human assistant stating my issue clearly and to resolve it. No response yet.my order I'd OD338328484416475100.

A Parona printed women's rounded neck T shirt was ordered and it was said that 3 T-Shirts were mandatory to buy. It cost around 389 overall for 3 TShirts.

Now we asked for a refund as T-Shirts were not upto mark. The amount that was refunded was for only ONE T-SHIRT and the amount refunded was only Rs127.

So I request you to kindly refund my whole amount which I paid i.e Rs 389/-

As per flipkart team they have refunded the amount on 29.06.26 at 13:29 hrs. As the amount was not reflecting in bank we clicked on help option where they gave reference no to check with bank. Personally visited bank but as per them the amount is still not credited nor they are able to check with ref no shared.
Still struggling for refund

I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent order.

I had ordered a pair of earbuds from your platform, but upon receiving and opening the package today, I found that the product inside was completely different. Instead of earbuds, I received a Dettol soap.

This is highly concerning and unacceptable, as it indicates either a packaging error or a potential fraud or scam .

I also talked to the delivery agent and he also said to return the product. I'm sharing the screenshots and image of the product i received.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue immediately and provide a resolution at the earliest. I expect either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund.

Talked to the customer many times but my problem was not solved nor was any action taken on it. I had to write this mail because the condition given by your delivery person who came to give the delivery was not correct. The problem was the same even after ordering the mobile twice. I have been talking to the customer since 3 days but my complaint is not being registered nor is any action being taken. The delivery person is saying that no matter where you call, nothing will happen, now even I have started feeling this. Due to all this, my time was wasted and no one is counting the value of the trouble I faced. I hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the rejection of my claim to return the defective washing machine Voltas Beko 6.5 kg Semi automatic purchased from your platform Flipkart. Despite discussing the issue with your executive over the phone, I was informed that my claim was not valid due to the 7-day return policy.

However, I would like to clarify that I purchased the washing machine and discovered it was defective (water leakage and noise due to a jammed shock absorber) on the same day. I promptly applied for a return within the 7-day timeframe. Your executive's advice to contact the authorized service center further confirmed that the machine requires replacement of the shock absorber and water pipe.

Given that this is a brand-new washing machine that requires repairs from day one, I believe it should be replaced or returned. I request you to reconsider my claim and facilitate the return process at the earliest.

I have ordered a ladies wrist watch on flipkart. The item reached my delivery agent by the time it was expected to get delivered. While waiting for it's delivery,i got a WhatsApp message from flipkart mentioning about the cancellation of the order. When i tried to find out the reason, i got a rely that due to adverse weather conditions in my area caused cancellation. Let me tell you that we are living in area inhabited by human population only. These days due to rain some of our roads where blocked. But we also drived out and in during the same days. Other e- com like meesho delivered things. Omly thing the delivery agent could have made a call. He was irritated with me last time for i have ordered soap powder from flipkart. He asked me can't you go to shop and buy it? If it is not meant to buy why flipkart is selling it?? We order because we get some reduction. Shopkeeper won't reduce a single penny from its MRP. When we order thongs only the delivery boy also have the job, right? Very bad.
